Pure stevia extract does not contain erythoyol, but you have to be mindful not to use a whole lot because it’s STRONG
That is correct!! But it is super expensive, and all stevia in stores are the erythoyol ones, the only one I could find is available online, even healthfood stores only sell the erythoyol type 😂
Yeah I get mine online cause it’s impossible to find around me
o.O ayo that's sickkkkk
Ssssuper easy, you can get vanilla powder as well for vanilla protein, maybe another video!
@@mikeseeksnutrition :O lookin forward to that aswell~
Great video. Great idea to save money, too. Thanks.
The chemical sweeteners, will have to stay out, for me. I’ll use a sweet fruit as the sweetener.
Yeah, it’s sugar but it’s nature’s sugar.
Man tainted, highly processed Stevia is getting bad press now. Xylitol will do also, once the testing and effects are monitored.
Stick with God given, untainted, unrefined foods as much as possible. 😊
…or just eat peas!
Much better for you.
You are right! But you can’t beat a delicious shake 😂
