Jurors found Majors NOT GUILTY of 2nd degree aggravated harassment and an additional 3rd degree assault charge, intent to cause physical harm.
The unintentional injury caused came from him trying to take back his phone. His girlfriend was the aggressor because she took it from him. Keep in mind, she hit him.
2nd degree; Harassment in the second degree means a pattern of intentional, substantial, and unreasonable intrusion into the private life of a targeted person that serves no legitimate purpose and causes the person and would cause a reasonable person in his position to suffer mental or emotional distress.
She's claiming this b/c she thinks he was cheating on her. Honestly she was probably cheating on him. I've been in this situation and as a man, you know especially if you have half decent awareness when your girl is cheating, and I'm not talking intuition. I'm saying you know the pattern shift in everything. You begin actually speaking differently to throw out fishing lines so to speak, and you'll figure it out very quickly.

That verdict is terrifying ..., this is shocking, and speaks volumes about the justice system. The entire internet has seen the video of a man running from an agressor. The only other person present described her as the agressor and somehow this man life has been destroyed, he was found guilty by the jury, disney dropped him, his agency dropped him and he might go to prison. Yet the entire internet is against that verdict, any rationnal human being doesn't run toward danger. I'm a man, that guy is 6 feet and just gained 50 pounds of muscle for a role. If he ever wanter to fight me I would start running as far as I can and as fast as I can away from him. I'm traumatize from this verdict... this man can afford the best lawer in the world, have a witness that describe her as the agressor and have video evidence of him running away and her running after him and somehow still be found guilty?
