They also ruled that it wasn’t a homicide by a 2nd & 3rd coroner who overruled the coroner with his ingestion of toxic levels of multiple drugs he ingested.
So, tell us again that you’re a sheeple, didn’t watch the actual trial or you would know why the jurors found the officers all 3, not guilty, only watched the snippets of video shot across the street, & not the 5 different cameras that show all angles & the entire scene of the incident. The prosecutor is going to be sanctioned due to the lies he was making up as he went along. This case should have never been brought to trial.

Rather than the reality of what really happened. But that's what they do when four separate prosecutors offices refuse to charge this due to no factual evidence to support a murder charge.
These clowns operate on nothing but their own weak emotional thoughts because they are arrogant enough to believe the rules don't apply to them and were given a traffic ticket in the past. So now every officer is bad.

‘Homicide’ is a legal term meaning death at the hands of a human. It does not mean murder in the legal sense. The trial is where it is decided whether it is murder or something less.
That same coroner couldn't put his finger on one cause of death.

Didn't the Pierce County prosecutor refuse to charge the officers? Didn't the independent review investigative panel refuse to recommend charges against the officers? This is at least the 4th time the AG office has lost cases involving charges against cops. Maybe listen to these independent review boards more.
Four different county prosecutors declined to charge this nonsense. This whole farce was a drain on the community that NEVER needed to go thos far.
Absolutely & these prosecutors who have been bringing these chargers need to have immunity removed & they need to be indicted for wrongly charging & indicting after review panels of independent individuals have ruled it justified.
@dudemorris7769 I thought the Attorney General Ferguson for reasons Unknown took the case from the Puerce County Prosecutor and decided to charge the three officers. We have requested from Ferguson all documents of evidence he had in his file Prior to charging the officers.
@@PoliceMisconduct-wf2kk That's incorrect. This went from Pierce, to King, to Kitsap and finally Thurston County for charging. All said there was NO probable cause. The State AG stepped in because this was going away for obvious reasons and stated that since Pierce County Deputies had been on scene that PC was unable was biased (For lack of a better term). So the AG took this over and investigated this a SECOND time. Read the state AG charging document....its a joke and full of misrepresented facts.
Moving on to the trial the state preselected a case only saying the officers were racist and that why they killed poor old Manny. Add in witnesses to this while thing got caught posting comments on FB how they would lie on the stand if they had to testify because the officers were wrong in their eyes.
Thos entire thing was a political witch hunt that ruined five families because of the actions of one man.
Will they still put up a statue of Ellis in Tacoma now?

Ellis made really bad choices, not only on that day but for years leading up to that day. Anyone who truly cared about him would have intervened long before to tell him the truth about his self destruction. Cops often have to deal with the last act in the life of someone who was abandoned long ago by the people that suddenly come out of the woodwork when a sad but unsurprising end comes.

Here’s some more mathematics take a look at how many Black people are killed by other Black people and then compare it to how many Black people are killed by white police. Not possible with unknown random jurors. It provides for a fair trial for defendants.
