Imagine breaking into someone's house and then being upset that your privacy was violated
It's like we're living in bizzaro world
Also being a PUBLIC servant thinking they are required to identify to the public....
@@jacknickolstine3355 You are agreeing that they should identify themselves right? Just like you're able to film them during a stop, or ask them their name while they are conducting their job.
Exactly. Oh, the irony…
congrats being dumb enough to fall for this racebait
People who give false testimony for a warrant need to be prosecuted and held accountable.
I agree!!! Absolutely
Probably the 🐷's themselves
What we need to start doing is having armed rapid response groups in neighborhoods that can outnumber and swarm police doing raids to make sure everything is by the books.
Imagine 30 LEO'S raid a house and within 5 min they are surrounded by 150 armed citizens making sure they are not up to any funny business, call it a constitutional audit. If they try to claim authority and make arrests just raise your guns against theirs. The people have the power they just need to act
IF there is really someone behind this. I thikn it's completly madeup so they got covered when they wanna got search his house.
*Afroman probably called the police on himself...with all his cameras turning !*
“If a cop doesn’t wear a camera, he doesn’t get paid”
I love that. That will keep them more accountable.
Your camera was off? Charges dropped. Case dismissed. Police will pay the court costs.
Then again, if people didnt do crazy sh*t ... RESPONSIBLE.
It will make the prosecution’s job easier.
Progress... Now if they don't have a video, the absence looks bad, which is good.
I can't imagine a better way of handling it, Afroman has a new fan.
And a felony
Afro man is so chilled and humble. He needs to run for mayor first.
He needs to run for president
I don't want him as mayor. He wont' have time to rap about Hunter Biden, this, and other topics, anymore.
Right to privacy when breaking into someone elses house is an INSANE thing to claim.
Pigs being pigs , earning the hate
If there’s a search warrant how is it a break in? Man people are dumb on here
It goes against the 4th amendment even, but pigs aren't exactly literate
Yep, can't claim that when it's during their official duties, whether in public or when illegally invading someone's home.
@@DSTREETMEDIA they must continue to earn the hate or theyll make us all liars

Hope he wins his case. And I'm a retired deputy sheriff. Sounds like a money grab attempt by these deputies.
If police offices want to individually sue citizens then qualified immunity must be ended immediately .
Not ready for that conversation though
I absolutely agree with you.
That’s a good point.
Police officers are the real Sovereign Citizens.
The people at fault are the ones who issued the warrant and built the case, not the officers who participated in the raid. Should there be a process in place to help those wrongly raided? Absolutely.
“We feel humiliated that this guy outed us for wrongfully destroying his property”

I believe we all have a RIGHT to film & publicly show what happens in our homes.
If someone breaks into our home, rips off all their clothes, shoots up heroin, masturbates, and then decides to pee on the floor, then there is no expectation of privacy. If they get filmed and feel embarrassed because of it, then that's their own fault.
The officers in question should be filing a claim against whoever sent them.

But if they do it once they have to do it for everybody. Can't have the police being held accountable.
@@GoalSquad666 In the U.S., police officers/departments can hide behind qualified immunity which prevents police officers from being sued civilly if they are conducting official police business. I mean look at the 3 piece shirt, pants, chalice combo. Dude is still fresh as hell, even fresher
I didn't even here of this until now

Based on this info provide to me: "police officers generally do not have the right to disconnect your video security when they raid your home without a valid reason or lawful authority. Disconnecting or tampering with security cameras could be considered tampering with evidence or obstruction of justice, which is illegal." I found it interesting that they did this and it seems that nothing became of it.
"I found it interesting that they did this and it seems that nothing became of it" lol hahahahahahaha so shocking i am shocked
"We investigated ourselves and determined that no mistakes were made. Nothing to see here, folks, move along."
Meanwhile in other raids police have asked the person they just raided for permission to collect a copy of the footage for their private collection.
I hope this guy has a really good lawyer and he countersues.
@@anna1417 it’s Afroman, he’ll be fine, at least I would assume so. These officers were clearly violating his rights as a citizen, so I think he had reason to file a public complaint in the form of a song
Love and respect for Afroman !
Woweeee this is outrageous.
Insane. They break into his house and then think they own the rights to his security cameras?
Get lost, he was swatted! What do you expect the police to do if they get a report of someone captive in a basement. Just assume that there's nothing because he's a rapper? Y'all sooooo out of touch with LEO 😬
@@alrightyru they're supposed to have evidence for a warrant. they aren't supposed to take any random anonymous tip. in fact police have been sued for "swatting" based on a phone call without any other evidence.
Gotta love the bs mentality of cops
@@alrightyruYou lying
It shows you that they think they're above the law!!!
The saddest part is knowing that Afroman just happens to be famous enough that we have heard about this case. We can bet there are countless other cases of unaccountable men, with guns coming with the full backing of our government to destroy peoples lives and property, that we are not hearing about. And, as the officer who sneered about getting compensation for the damage demonstrates, "It don't work like that.", they are quite smug about it.
You’re a thinking man. I commend you.
Regrettable indeed, 100% abuse, they just destroy your house because someone tell them that you´re a witch and they´re ready to burn you, totally unaceptable.
Democrat party uses the 3 letter agencies against Conservatives on a daily basis, just look at what they've been doing to Pres. Trump
Even if they lose, those Kops will still have that F the taxpayer grin 1st thing in the morning… y’all pay up now, rubes!
They had a legal right to do what they did. It's called a warrant, which is signed by a judge. Hilarious how ignorant people are about the law and how it works.
Judge: how do you plead to these charges?
Afroman: not guilty, your honor, because I got high
5:02 Amen ❤

That has to be the most asinine lawsuit ever. You can’t sue police for anything even when they damage your property when they raid the wrong house or make a raid based of patently false information by a “confidential informant” but THEY can sue you because you make money to repair the damage THEY did… and to make fun of their stupidity.
Yes you can lol at least know what your talking about but I agree this is asinine lawsuit they have 0 case
Government corruption at the lowest levels. Cops are the muddy barrier between the poor and the elite. A buffer, if you will. Paid henchmen. Some are cool. Very few.
@@Dgafsrangeryou literally cannot sue an individual police officer for their actions as officers if the department backs them up. It's called qualified immunity. You have to sue the department if they claim it was within policy
@@LetsTalkAboutPrepping Nobody is suing the police. The police are suing Afroman. rewatch the video.
This is a nuisance suit. They don't intend to win the case, they were hoping he would just settle instead of take it to court. Because it would have been substantially cheaper to comply and pay the extortion rather than fight it in court. Now you know why anyone can sue anyone for any reason in America. It's for strategic suits. This should be an anti-SLAPP issue, hands down. He has a first amendment right not only to voice his dissent, but to record and show the recording of the police in their official capacity.
How dare the police have consequences for their actions!
Had no idea afroman played guitar I like him even more now
I must admit I'm impressed Afroman looks like he keeps his home pretty damn clean. Bed made and everything. Garage even...clean AF. Goals.

Yup and he could sue them for defamation of character
In addition, I doubt the cameras were hidden so they knew they were being recorded.

Should have fixed the door. They thought they got all of the cameras. Gotta keep em honest. Don't touch the pound cake.... LMMFAO 😆😂🤣
i'm voting for afro man 2024.
Imagine making up an "informant" and then using that as the basis for the warrant only to raid and destroy a place to find none of it.
You remember Kopbusters? The stuff Barry Cooper exposed was insane, look what they were able to do to shut him up.
I wonder if that “informant” is gonna show up at court with the officer’s 😂
And the judge who signed the warrant needs to be fired and charged.
They break into his house on made up kidnapping charges and are mad at what this did to THEIR reputation, ridiculous!
Cops only care about themselves. Also, abusing their wives (number one occupation on domestic abuse in their own homes). Let that sink in.
And…I’m still LAUGHING 😂 😅…at these idiots 😮
Luv you afroman you give me reason to laugh cry.and "stand in my square"
The ABC News Legal Contributor Channa Lloyd might want to take another class or two since public officers performing their duties have NO right to privacy.
O he's running, He's got my vote.
They raided his house, found nothing, and now they are suing. Police act so big and tough until they feelings hurt 😭😭
Nazi turds are only brave behind their shields. Afroman is doing everyone a solid shining a light on those roaches.
