13:55 It absolutely is an Ultra, as the first clip skips CP1 and I'm pretty sure that's the only reason the first clip is done because it allows the second clip to skip CP2.

I...just...wow. Ok here's my issue with this. This video, titled "How Players Found 22 Ultra Shortcuts in Mario Kart Wii" does not actually talk about how anything was found or how anything works. You spent more time explaining the GV ultra than you spent on DDR, rMR, LC, DC, KC, rSGB, rBC and rBC3 COMBINED. Hell, those same ultras combined got less explanation than 200cc...which has nothing to do with the video topic. You namedropped only ONE TASer in this entire video when the last dozen or so ultras were found by TASers. You didn't even get all of the track names right like dude I'm sorry for being especially harsh but you clearly haven't done enough research on the subject matter. It also REALLY doesn't help that you're using various videos (including my own) without permission or even credit. You wonder why Salt's two videos on this game are so great? It's because he actually worked with active members of the community to make sure his script presented accurate information. It's because he knew what he wanted the videos to be and what he wanted them to do. It speaks volumes that instead of explaining how the checkpoint system in the game works, you just copied part of Salt's video instead. It shows that you didn't really care enough to find the answer to your own question. You don't know how we broke Mario Kart Wii, and you didn't really care enough to find out how we did it. That's what really ticks me off.
Also for the love of god can people stop saying Sher-bert. There is one r in the word Sherbet. You don't pronounce it as if there's two.

The amount of time or effort isn't relevant if the final content is objectively wrong and disregards the immense effort of the whole community which, by the way, is not that hard to reach out to for help.
Also, I find it absolutely RICH that you're telling me to try making a video to see how hard it is. My guy, I've been making MKW videos for five years, AND TWO OF THOSE VIDEOS ARE USED IN THIS ONE (which you didn't know because this creator didn't credit me for my work). Who are you to tell me how hard making a video is when you haven't uploaded any videos yourself?

5:40 The finish line is a key checkpoint region (kcp region 0). Your lap will not count if you skip it, like all other key checkpoints. Not sure why you said that considering SummoningSalt said this in his video too.
8:31 The zone that your lap decreases in is actually only the last checkpoint before the finish line (for crossing backwards) and any other area within the last 5% lap completion (for 95% rule). If the zone was all the way until the previous key checkpoint, wario's goldmine ultra would not work.
13:50 re-correction: that is the ultra shortcut lol. Did you accidentally leave that text in considering that you show the checkpoint map demonstrating the fact right after?
21:42 It's not the slippery aspect of the track, sherbet land has a light offroad effect which lets the highest offroad combo drive the fastest on it. Also the drift stat is responsible for how tight you drift, not handling, and traction stats control how much you slide on slippery terrain.
23:39 You would lap count if you drove straight forward without the second part because you left kcp 0, but it is not faster which is why no wrs were set doing that.

24:38 It is worth noting there were two other possible methods that were attempted long before the final successful strategy. Those methods would be to get a trick off of the bumps to pass through the zipper at the right angle without rfh, and going off of the finish line the other direction.
26:25 The wall has hit detection and you are going through it the wall, not over. It is essential to hit the horizontal wall on top of the finish line pole to activate horizontal wall glitch which allows you to pass through all other walls for 20 frames. SummoningSalt also covered this.

29:48 Toad's Factory box clip is not an ultra, and cheep cheep beach is in a different game lol. The following ultras were discovered a few years apart and are out of order, and you already named GV2 from 2011?
30:29 To be really complete, there are presently 24 ultras in the game, although only 22 are shortcuts. The ones not mentioned are peach gardens, moo moo meadows (discovered after this video), and gcn mario circuit, but that one is an ultra longcut because it is presently slower for flap and 3lap. Bc3 has an interesting situation where it has been made into a longcut due to superhopping being faster, although it could be faster for rta if it was pulled off.
30:35 Not sure what you mean here, lc ultra is faster for flap category which allows it to be an ultra shortcut. Same situation for rmr, bc3 (before superhopping), and likely ddr.

There's an error with the dk jungle parkway you say it has something with height but it's just having to hit the checkpoint sign so you can clip through the wall
34:45 a little explanation to how this is possible is that if you use the shooting star bike (which has outside drift) if you drift close to the wall and do a wheelie and your back wheel hits the wall at a specific angle you can get a high clip, and if you do a combination of nosediving and tail diving to not hit the respawn checkpoint you can get the lap count (although most of the time you don’t get a lap count since it’s so hard)

Respawn boundaries are collision, not checkpoints. And you do hit it when you pass through the other side but you are immune if you are nose diving.

I'm sorry but this video just isn't it. There are a lot of errors (dk jungle parkway shortcut with horizontal wall, 1 frame on warios pipe, not really knowing what is and is not an ultra SC) and you barely add anything to the shortcut part compared to summoning salt video...
