I love how they speak to each other, it's like a conversation between friends where one asks a random 20 question sort of question and they talk about it
Hello, thanks for your love and support towards me and my movies, it keeps me going. What's your favorite of my movies?
It is like two humans talking
nah, they kinda seem uncomfortable at the end of the questions, specially Tom

Tom's accent sounds South African or something to me.
I can’t express how happy it makes me to hear Andy Serkis explain Stoor Hobbits. I love it when actors have an incredibly deep understanding of their characters.
I'm so happy this comment is so high up. Yes. Absolutely yes. ❤
Compare that to his veiled jab at Star Wars when he later talks about how Snoke was "so mysterious" that nobody knows anything about him, "including myself".
Tom Hardy is criminally Down to Earth.
Even as a secondary character, like Inception
Directors must love that.

Tom Hardy is the only guy I'd watch a movie for just cause he's in it.
A million times yes and I haven’t been disappointed
i always forget he’s in inception and so the last time i watched it it was such a pleasant sight to see him appear on screen
That's the difference between movie fans now and back in the 90s when I started my fandom.. We used to be fans of actors now it's fans of franchises.. I have.. 50 actors and 50 directors at least that I will watch just because they are working on it.. While anyone younger than me will watch any mcu stuff just because it's marvel

Tom Hardy, Tom Cruise, Christopher Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Jack Black (in no particular order) are mine.
“What is Tom Hardy like in real life?” A really nice guy actually. I met him at a petrol station in Southampton on night and he was nothing but a gentleman. Took picture with me and my wife and we chatted for about 10-15mins. Excellent guy
Andy's delivery of "It's a little known secret that I'm not, no" caught me off guard and made me laugh out loud.
Lol Tom's reaction to Andy coming up with the voice of Gollum. "Whoa"
I had the same reaction 😂
My exact reaction too lol
And likewise Serkis' reaction to Hardy's Bane voice
Love that Tom's totally tuned in listening to Andy explain Gollum 😮 😁🤘🏽😎👍🏽

@@allanjones1170 I’m not saying Samuel l Jackson isn’t a fantastic actor and person but I feel because of Andy mostly playing motion capture characters he doesn’t get as much recognition. Like if you asked someone who played snoke they probably wouldn’t know

Tom Hardy is the gritty kind of British person
In a Luther kinda way
@@juliansenfr ooh and I love it👏
Best thing about Tom Hardy is he comes across as a real working class "says it how it is" type of guy but also quietly admits he's more of a lost middle class bourgeois type who just happened to get lucky via acting, and also shines with deep intelligence without knowing or caring that he's doing so.
Tom hardy is the only person that actually answered what he's doing now without being sarcastic.
I’m so happy Andy Serkis is doing this as well. He’s a legend and he should have received an Oscar ages ago

@@aksharaghav9657 okay I like this statement more. Actually there are many actors that oscar didnt deserve them tho. Such as Johnny Depp, Glenn Close and any other else. @@hurricane4384 Thank you!
There are many more who have been ignored and neglected.
And it's not just about actors. Directors like Christopher Nolan, Ryan Coogler,.
Amy Adams has been nominated so many times, but never won.
Music composers such as John Powell, Thomas Newman and Alan Silvestri, who has been nominated only once.
The Oscar for best animated feature film are dominated by disney pixar movies which are great, but masterpieces like Wolfwalkers, Klause, How to train your dragon remain underappreciated.

Oscars don't recognize mocap actors otherwise he would have won for gollum and Caesar I hope he portrays a supernatural creature in the batman sequels as well

Edit: what Tom says about dogs is so relatable and admirable. "A gateway to care and understanding". As even a young adult, having a pet that is YOURS and relies fully on you is a rather big responsibility. You have to understand that they mean well, they dont know any better, and above all: they CARE for you, without end. Its lovely to hear him say what he did because its so human and real.
Im not quite sure why that quote stuck with me as such but i guess it couples my admiration for him with the realization that he IS indeed human. And its sort of comforting? Thats sort of what Tom Hardy does: display amazing things in such a grounded, human way. Just wonderful
