  • Are you ready to work Team? Here is a spicy HOT 30 MIN GLUTES & THIGHS home workout. These are my favourite exercises to tone and target the GLUTE & THIGH muscles. Add dumbbells for the extra burn 🔥🔥🔥 Let's do it!

    ▸ Muscles Worked: Glutes & Thighs
    ▸ Time: 30 Min + cool down stretches
    ▸ Equipment: Dumbbells (I'm using 2 x 5kg for your reference)
    Workout:
    ▸ Round 1: 40 sec on, 10 sec off
    ▸ Round 2: 30 sec on, 10 sec off
    ▸ Round 3: 20 sec on, 10 sec off
    ▸ Cool Down: 30 sec on, 10 sec off

    It was so encouraging to see you take a break during the squat pulses! It reminded me that the workout still counts and is worth it, even if you need to pace yourself

    We are stronger than we think! Push a little harder and you will see🏋🏋‍♀️. This definitely had my legs shaking a little. Used 15lbs and 20lbs. I broke in some but pushed to finish

      Agreed!!! One of the reasons I subscribed!!! A lol of the other youtubers use music that talk about heart break and Overall pretty negative lyrics which I’m not trying to hear while I’m working out!!! Instrumentals are totally the way to go!!!

    This was so intense!! I can't feel my legs and that last round? Uffff I am extremely sweaty and my legs are shaky but I am so proud that I started and finished this! Thank you

    My god! I can never decide whether to do the CZcams or app workouts. They’re all 🔥🔥🔥 it’s a really tough decision. I end up doing the CZcams ones on the off days 😂😂😂

    This workout is killer!! I didn't use weights and still had to take multiple breaks throughout, but I knew my thighs were weak going in. Hoping to come back to this in a while to see how much I improve!
