I know that the sound is "fake" but that coupled with the paddle shifters and torque change through gears makes this the most "engaging" EV experience I've had. Like I said, im on the hunt for a usable daily vehicle that I can haul Link 🐶 around and have room in the back!
Surely a taycan cross turismo is on the cards?

If only they would offer the vision roof in North America for the 5N along with the HUD that's available in most other countries. I don't understand why they are giving us a stripped-down version.

@@valariemelnick9417 5N? Or regular? If 5N that’s awesome to hear. If regular, yes that’s not new. It’s the N version that is stripped of the HUD, along with the vision roof.
Update: Canada got the HUD. USA did not😢
I picked mine up a few weeks ago, miss the options but still love the car and drive.
These sounds remind me of vegetarians mixing up different things to get a something similar to meat lol

Watching these EV reviews makes me wanna eyeball this in the next 3 years in the used market. I'm not big EV fan.
Got the Ioniq 6 AWD last month. It’s a great car. I love it. Want to test drive the 5 N. My dealer got 1 but it has a flat tire that’s back ordered 🥹 apparently they’re “International” Pirelli 21” Tires. My 20” Pirelli came in after a day (ran over a nail)

I don’t get the fascination with this car it’s basically inflated delta integralle design after it was t-boned. I think they massively improved the exterior removing all the pointless sprinkles but wish it could be less dramatic with the „performance” features - seems like a dream teenager car. I like the interior though and the fake sounds - I’d actually use it a lot (not the external ones though). I also like they are trying to be fun and ergonomic. It’s a shame it’s still not efficient as Tesla. Seems like a cool car you can actually take for a track day as it will be a wasted on the road compared to the standard one.
