communication saves time and resentment

- In life, sometimes we find that we need to communicate something, but we are then faced with the fear of doing that. Sometimes, we can only think of the worst that could happen but not the facts that it could save us time and possibly resent that relationship. If you have expectations without communication, then expect disappointment. Save yourself some time and see how you can dig deeper in your connections and how you can make them more healthy.

This is so true. I realised this until I left a friendship. I had so much resentment built up towards this person and I've always sucked it up. No matter how many times they overstep my boundaries. I realised how much of a people pleaser I was and until I left the friendship I had this feeling of heavy weight on my shoulders. I got the answers I wanted from them and found out our values arent really matching up. So I decided to leave. They are good person but their presence was blocking my pathway. It is really important to set boundaries from the beginning or you might struggle through out if you are the type to avoid confrontations. to always remember you have free will and change will only occur if you make new decisions.
I feel like expectations and the feeling of unfulfillment is something which causes this underlying ache. People should normalize being kind to one another without an ulterior motive.

Very true, if we are always silent about it then it becomes a form of self abandonment too. Great message on expectations also

Hello , I like your upload concistency and content in general , but in my opinion its hard to filter the main information , like key points of your presentation and its realy hard to find your content , i think i stumbled over it in search of self inprovment stuff. There is much room for improvement when it comes to search machine optimisation and stuff like that. Keep up the nice work and positive attitude. bb
