- The world we live in is overwhelming between constant access to the internet and others having constant access to our energy. This can make life feel complex, and you may even feel tired often because of this. That is why, in order to truly live, we must disconnect to find our true connection.
you always have a friend in me,

Yes. Overconsumption from an infinite variety of material (aka the Internet) can leave less to no room for other opportunities in our lives. As challenging as it might be taking that step back from the internet can open the door(s) to other opportunities we left behind or to new ones we never knew existed. This video is something many people nowadays need to hear. Keep up with these videos and spreading the positivity. Namaste. ❤
Well said friend! Thank you so much for your kindness, sending you peace and light today :))
sometimes absence is opportunity- jack edwards
thats so beautiful! Sending you peace and light :)
I've noticed this too. I started to feel a sense of calmness and freshness after I started spending less time on the internet. I think it's impossible for people to completely eliminate the usage of such gadgets in this day and age, but we can definitely limit ourselves.
Yes! Just taking time and space away from it is great and needed. Sending you light and peace
most of my outside interaction is with people at work ..and I find them passive aggressive.. so I find solitude much joyful... I think there can be fulfilment in not interacting with others. I think social interaction is overrated.
Yes that’s such a great point :) I meant this in a general way but as an introvert myself I totally understand this as well. I am sending you peace and light today :))
Please don't ever stop making videos 😭 I absolutely love your website and the thoughts you have !!
You are so sweet :))) your words made my day thank you. Sending you light and peace :)))
I think you’re absolutely right about the general need to set better boundaries with the internet. However, in my own experience, genuine and fulfilling connection seems to come from a certain quality of attention, regardless of the technologies through which the interaction is mediated. And “physical” interaction is also mediated through various technologies in almost all cases: language, infrastructure, clothing, social structures … there are some people with whom I would prefer to interact in person, and others with whom an online connection is ultimately most fulfilling. And these online interactions are only disposable if we choose to treat them as such.
Well said friend, thank you for that. Sending you light and peace :))
I'm using ur vid as an excuse for not frequently calling my parents lol
The internet is everything real life is not, and vice versa. We're cooked unless we take charge of our own life. Always thought I was freed from doom and gloom energy once I stopped watching the news. Little did I know that the next thing that would hold me captive would be much worse and a lot more powerful. Wish I could just use the internet for only 1 hour a day or something lol.
Everybody needs their alone time to piece themselves back together.
Good point about the difference between the kind of "connection" offered by technology vs. true presence. Have you read any Gabriel Marcel?
I haven't read any Gabriel Marcel but I def look into them :)) Sending you peace and light :))
