    0:15 ROUND 1 - 2:00min Breath Hold
    4:08 ROUND 2 - 2:30min Breath Hold
    8:30 ROUND 3 - 2:30min Breath Hold
    12:51 ROUND 4 - 3:00min Breath Hold
    30 Breaths per round. After each round of breath holding, inhale fully and hold the breath in for 15 seconds. After you release, take a moment and proceed with the next round.
    Try to relax by sitting down or lying down before you start.
    It is best to start with a warm-up round of just conscious breathing. Simply relax and breathe in through your nose into your belly then into the chest into the head, then let it all go out of the mouth. Think about how you breathe, and focus your attention on the breath only.
    After the warm-up you can proceed with the first round. I suggest you start with a slower pace with shallow breaths and work your way up. The last round should be your maximum breathing speed and maximum depth of the breath.
    But be careful not to force anything. If you experience any discomfort, just take it easier.
    Remember, the goal of doing this is to make you feel good :)
    The Wim Hof Breathing technique in general is meant for everyone who would like to improve the way they feel. Performed correctly and daily, this breathing exercise tends to strengthen the immune system and relieve symptoms of stress in the individual.
    Step by step instructions:
    1. Breathe in through the nose or mouth. Inhale deeply into your belly, then into your chest, and finally into your head. One complete circular motion. Then exhale. Just let the air out naturally and do not force the air out. Repeat this until the round is over (30-50 breaths)
    2. On the last exhale of each breathing round, hold your breath for the duration shown on the timer.
    3. After the breath hold, inhale fully and hold your breath for 15 seconds. Then let the air out of your lungs again and start again from the beginning.
    4. Repeat each round :)
    Safety information:
    The breathing exercise has a profound effect and should be practiced in the way it is explained. Always do the breathing exercise in a safe environment (e.g. sitting on a couch/floor) and unforced. Never practice the exercises before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath or in any other environment/place where, should you pass out, a serious injury could occur.

    I’ve been watching many variations on this 30 rounds so far this is about my favorite with the visuals for breathing and it’s the first time I’ve made it to three minutes with time to spare… Or should I say breath to spare!

    I have been doing this every morning first thing when I wake up and before I go to bed. ❤This has helped me so much! I recommend it to a lot of my friends that are struggling with anxiety and depression also helps with anger.
    I wish the music was longer after the breathing so I could sit in meditation after without a commercial popping up.
    I’m very grateful I found this breath work 🙏✌️🙏

      Be sure to switch auto play button off. Better to have silence than the fake commercial world afterwards!

    Did you suddenly add NO TALKING to video titles? I do these every day and now it is very confusing to find videos with music since when I cycle through the videos with phone I need to open them all because it says NO on the videos that have the music too. Before it was NO only on titles with no music.
    Bottomline: with phone you can't see the whole title so please keep the NO only on videos with no music or add NO MUSIC on the thumbnails to the videos with no music so there is some way to see the videos with no music. Or make separate playlists for them. Please do something to make this platform easy to use with phone again.
    I'm loving this channel so that is why K wanted to express my concern now.

      This is excellent feedback. Thank you. I looked into it and I guess it really depends on what phone you are using. I manage to see the whole NO MUSIC NO TALKING on a Samsung Smartphone and iPhone. However, I did some changes to the titles now considering your feedback and now only the No Music versions have the NO in the beginning. In the versions with music, I moved it to the back of the title. Also, there is now a NO MUSIC playlist. Besides, thank you for the idea with the Thumbnails, will consider this for my new uploads. Please feel free to share any other ideas to optimize this experience.
