In this weeks breathwork session we will be doing 4 rounds of breathing with advanced breath holds. Enjoy the sounds of nature that I recorded here in Bali, Indonesia.
Breath Retentions:
ROUND 1 - 1:30
ROUND 2- 2:00
ROUND 3- 2:00
ROUND 4 -2:30
Regular practice of breathwork can bring real change to your life Including boosted immune system, lowered stress and inflammation, better focus, more energy and the list goes on. I do it because I feel amazing after each breathwork session and feeling good is important to me. My guiding voice mixed with the rhythmic music really helps to go deeper into a state of relaxation and bliss. So if you want the full experience, wear headphones and be in a quiet comfortable place !
All music, guided voice and video editing is done by me. I thoroughly enjoy creating this content for you all and hope that is can bring improvement into your life. Whether that be more self love, kindness, less stress and anxiety, lowered inflammation, more energy etc whatever it brings, remember to say thank you to yourself for taking the time do improve your life.

I keep coming back to this one - often scooting around CZcams looking for a new challenge. I can do this - some days it's easy , others not so but I keep up a consistency with my practice. I do my breathwork while using my red light therapy panel and always feel like I have paid clear attention to mind and body. Excellent presentation - so many people could benefit from these simple tools.
This one is my favorite so far! I can't belive I. could do over 3 minutes at the last round (about 3:15)! This is my absolut record! Thank you!

I agree. I began doing these breathings last summer along with cold showers. By doing that, I managed to quit my antidepressants by just not eating them. Felt so much better by just breathing

I used to do this a few years ago and it helped me get out of a pretty deep depression. Haven't done it since and tried it out again today but man, I really need to practice this to get back into it

At the last round, I held my breath until 50 seconds into the next youtube video, which means that I must have held my breath for about 5 minutes and 10 seconds! I am shocked. Can this be true? I don't remember what I was thinking about during my breathhold, and now my hands are all shaky.

Wonderful breathing exercise .
Unlike some meditations, you breathe in and out through your mouth, as opposed to breathing in through your nose, and out through your mouth. You rest your hands on your thighs, as opposed to touching fingers/thumbs together.

I took a one minute cold shower before this and I feel great. I've been stressed as hell for a loooong time and been burned out now. I've began taking B6, B12, folic acid and caffeine to feel normal and functioning. Along with cold showers (took a one minute cold shower before this) and the breathing, my everyday life feels so much easier.

@@BreatheWithSandy I was honestly surprised that I managed to hold my breath for two minutes. Didn't think that my body could do that, haha. Before using a guided breathing session, I've always taken a new breath at around 0:30-0:45 due to the feeling of not having enough oxygen. But now that I stayed in that feeling, that feeling went away and I could just keep going.
@@TheOGLemonduck and just the reassure you, you always have PLENTY of oxygen. The feeling of needing to breathe is your CO2 levels rising in the body, not low oxygen. So knowing that, you can always go past your comfort zone and that’s where the benefits are
My session I did today was much calmer than they usually are so I could focus easier on just being. Just existing in the void of my consciousness. I saw patterns, faint, similar to those in the LSD or DMT realm. I saw a figure as well. Buddha. This feels like I must pursue further

I really like this breathingstuff indeed, but sometimes I "pass out"! This time, I was in the beginning of last round, and suddenly I here you say; "one and a half one minute" and I immediately understand that I have been gone but I am still holdning my breath without difficulty; doing exactly what you say 🙂 Every time this happens, I am the same suprised, but in a happy, funny way. Is this normal?
