I like this one because there was mostly just music and not much talking during the breath holds. When its just music it helps me relax in the breath holds. The counting during breath holds distracts me from going inward and makes me struggle in the breath holds. I am sensitive to talking because of the noisy environment I work in. I love your videos and I do them every single morning. Thank you for providing me with these helpful videos.

1) multiple months of regular breath work practice enabled me to break the 2 minute barrier and do a 3 minute hold with ease
2) “Head trash” (or imagined anxieties) is a subduable foe. Just relax
3) breath work can lead to a calm mind and clear decision making

Love this video's concepts. It was very helpful to my journey to learn meditation & breathing.
I live in NYC. I like to do guided breathing exercises on my way to work, but the City Noises too much sometimes in New York City.
I figured out a solution, and it was to combine white noise & guided breathing together in the audio. Now I can just put on my headphones, and I can listen to the breathing rhythm along with some white noise/ music on my way to work. I got to say it has been working really well to reduce my STRESS and ANXIETY so far.
