    Hi Sandy I've been telling my friends and family about your breathwork and had much positive results. It has enhanced my meditation practices tremendously to get in the right state of mind. My one family member asked if there isn't maybe a breathWork for losing weight. My experience tell me that all breathWork enhances weight los but if you can maybe make a video stating...this is for weight loss it will get a lot of attention. Hope you also get the vibe I am talking about.

    When I began breath work and meditation, I always wondered why people like you and Wim Hof said stuff like, “be in this moment.” I didn’t realize what it meant to be in the present. But as I started to meditate more and stretch before I meditate, Ive come to realize how important it is. I get distracted sometimes and begin to think of other things. I guess because I’m not used to this, (still very new-5 months max) but realize that when I’m truly in the moment, my eyes fully relax and I’m able to truly feel my breath. This has allowed me to discover more about myself spiritually, and that’s invaluable. It helped to stay in the moment in stretching because when I’m doing a painful stretch, all I want to do is to separate myself from it. I just want to forget I’m stretching to ignore the pain, but if I embrace it and learn to accept it, I can stay in the position longer. It’s all about perception.

    Sandy, this video was absolutely incredible. Ive been practicing breathwork everyday for a few years now (usually Wim Hof) and in the last few weeks I found your channel and began doing your videos and I love the variety of different breathing techniques. This video has to be my favourite of all time 🙏 even your Wim Hof ones are the best too!

    Hi everyone, I'm a smoker but when I do this breathing I feel fine and I don't want to smoke but to breathe. Thanks Sandy. If you have any other smoking exercises they would be appreciated because they work

      I got free of nicotine three years ago and I’m so grateful I did.
      I pray you do too ❤
      Things that helped me?
      I used a vape for two weeks to convert my addiction to that, then I removed the nicotine from it.
      Using smokable non nicotine herbs like blue lotus, raspberry leaf, chamomile for those tough addiction moments when I would have otherwise reverted back to tobacco.
      It was good for easing the intense craving AND reminding me that I felt awful afterwards for giving in to that addiction.
      But I hadn’t smoked tobacco, so I didn’t actually perpetuate the nicotine addiction cycle.
      And one day, after maybe, three months?
      I took a draw on my vape, looked at it, and was suddenly ‘awake’ thinking wtf am I doing, this is so stupid….
      Haven’t smoked anything since and never even tempted to. With an ease, not willpower. I’m fully free of that anxiety cycle that came with smoking.
      The Allen carr book was so helpful in educating me on why I smoked. That helped immensely.
      But the biggest motivator??
      Realising that I couldn’t consider myself a truly loving person if I smoke - because smokers trigger other people to smoke (which is self harm (.
      Love doesn’t cause people to self harm.
      Therefor the choice became - continue smoking, knowing I am hurting others, or return to being the love that I am before the traumas that created the addiction.

    Thank you so much for sharing your gift 🙏 I have been practicing meditation for about 7 years now. I started dating my partner a little over 4 years now and have really wanted him to try meditation. He did give it a shot in a couple different ways and it just didn’t feel right to him. Then he found your channel! You introduced him to breath work and in turn he shared it with me. Now are relationship is the best it has ever been, my meditation practice has deepened and truly been enhanced. Now he is the one reminding me to do my breath work and meditation!     Thank you very much for your guided breath work exersizes. It helps me getting through real rough times 💚
    After having been doing this for 3 weeks now I can breath far easier and all those constrictions in my upper and lower body are loosening up.
    I also can hold my breath instead of barely 60 s back then, for 2.5 min.
    Do you have exersizes for spinal breathing or do you intend on making one?
    It also inspires me that you found your life purpose, improving peoples lives. I hope I'll find mine too one day. 😚
