You can't even compare Fuego to this. Eleni doesn't even remotely move this precise. We've actually never had a singer at Eurovision move like this. The sharpness, the precision, breathtaking.

@@n.4173 1st She’s born in Cuba, so this is authentic for her se an artist. 2nd we know Spain is not in latin american, but Spain has been doing latin influenced songs and collabs for decades, they speak the same language and are heavily exposed to this kind of music in Spain and that’s why it tops spanish charts.

In fact, a surprise that shined yesterday. Was not in the top 5 of favourite ones, but she left breathless to the audience. Impecable performance. Watch out other rivals like Tanxugueiras o Bandini

FINALLY!!! This is the quality we should expect from a big 5 country at Eurovision. I so hope Spain sends this, it would do so well. Everything from the choreography, the vocal, her interaction with the dancers, the switching between male and female dancers, the visual affects. This is absolutely fantastic. Spain please send this!!

The beauty of Chanel´s performance is that no one saw it coming, it was not even in my top 8, but after last night is my top 1., My goodness we´ve been asking this from Spain for some time and last night this woman gave us exactly that. It was like watching half time show at Super Bowl, everything was done well in this performance., I´ll wait for tonight´s performances but gurl Chanel is already a winner for me.,.. I´m still in awe that this could represent Spain, this is really quality.
This is not the next Fuego or next Eleni, this is a new thing, the first Slowmo, the first Chanel. Don't get me wrong, I love Eleni, but Chanel and Slowmo shine with their own light. This gave me Superstar vibes, just like Eleni did, but in a new and fresh way. 🥰
Unlike Eleni, Channel can carry the tune all the way without going off.

@@henryriley4958 yes, i get that ay mama would probably do really bad at esc but also is not just about the position (i know us, spaniards, always complain about our results) it is also about the message and about us liking it. On the other hand, Terra would probably do much better than ay mama and i think it is a song that we need this year to finally send something Spanish that is not flamenco. -her song is in similar style to Eleni's Fuego
-but it doesn't seem to be a copy, it's rather an evolution
-and Chanel's vocal is still good despite dancing at the same time, which makes her in the same level as Eleni (when she did Fuego at Eurovision in 2018).
I think, out of all Eurovision songs that have similar style (Fuego, Replay, El Diablo, [to less extent] Aphrodisiac), if this wins Benidorm Fest, it will have the biggest chance to have a top-ten result at Eurovision, for the first time since 2018.

Thank you for highlighting my comment on your website. It was my number 1 since the day it was released and the live performance just confirmed it. She is so charismatic and natural. Watching the semi last night, my mind was blown. I thought SloMo was ok but following the performance it's my number 1. My fave of the competition in general is Calle de la Llorería, but Rayden will have to be amazing to beat Chanel. I love his song but her performance is incredible. I never liked Fuego but this is perfect.

I didn’t listen to the music before, I’ve watched this in live and just wow, I was obsessed after like 20 seconds❤️ the song by itself is not that special that performance honey was just amazing! The choreography and her confidence win it all! And I especially like the slo no effect, I think it’s something I haven’t seen before and found it very creative. I feel if this gets to Eurovision, Spain can confidently be in the top 5 this year. Go Chanel!❤️
She is able to sing very well while dancing a world class choreography. Most of the singers this year couldn't sing on key even singing still. Great performance, catchy song. 10 out of 10
