Shes washing the hands all the time cause since she doesnt have health insurance its the only thing she can do to protect her health :D . She even said it in one interview, when they ask her how u remain healthy as an artist all those years without health insurance ? She said i dont know, i guess wash hands alot (haha irony)
So you can imagine desperate moment those ppl are going trough. And for example if you got kids, your insure them trough your insurance, but guess what, you dont have insurance and you are arist with kids.

The song is the anthem of all the people who have been fighting against the pharmaco - eugenics mafia - the corrupt system of global health policy for the past two years. 💙💙💙 The song is a satire on the account of the state health system, but also on the account of the entire social view of health. The most important part of the song is when he says - "I don't have a booklet, and how can they follow me in the name of" health ". This verse describes the state's false concern for the health of the population, and we have been bombarded with this false concern for the past two years. Constant hand washing during the performance is a satirical mockery of the preventive recommendations of health "experts" whom we will forever remember from 2020. 💙💙💙

Also, last strophe, which is in Latin, talks that our body could be healthy but at the same time we could have some other problems like mental health problems and things like that. So this song has so many messages, so many different layers. Like this part is maybe in Latin because a lot of people don’t understand medical diagnosis at Latin and also a lot of people don’t understand how important mental health is. Great song, very artistic (like some sort of performance)

IN CORPORE SANO is so complex it is difficult to even choose some of the points Konstrakta made in her song and performance... well noted - it also leaves a lot of space for viewers´ to develop their own story... visually - strong references to Marina Abramovich, washing hands - hygiene, obsession with cleanliness, obsession with our physical health and appearance and completely ignoring mental. Lyrics are sometimes almost cynical (obsession with celebrities and their looks), sometimes deeply emotional (when she speaks of her long walks with her dog when she feels free and liberated), but definitely delivering a strong message. The line "UMETNICA MORA BITI ZDRAVA" (The artist must be healthy) is another strong reference to afore mentioned Marina Abramovich (Art must be Beautiful, The Artist must be Beautiful), but on a social critique level it is a reference to the struggles of artists to survive without steady income and support of the system (which is a global phenomenon, but also an ongoing issue in Serbia). The final point are the lyrics at the very end of the song performed in Latin: "Mens infirma in corpore sano, Animus tristis in corpore sano, Mens desperata in corpore sano, Mens conterrita in corpore sano" (Weak mind in a healthy body, aching soul in a healthy body, desperate mind in a healthy body, terrified mind in a healthy body) bringing the question of the mental health (especially in these troubled timed)... and finally, maybe unintentionally, current tragedy of war and how we all symbolically "wash our hands of responsibility"...
Anyhow, CORPORE SANO is above all an original and unusual choice for Eurovision, but it is also very serious and reflective... not to everyone´s taste, of course, but, as Latins would say "De gustibus non est disputandum!" :) ... Serbia choose a smart song and a very talented and intelligent performer... KONSTRAKTA is well known and highly regarded here!

The last “I sta cemo sad” means: “And what are we going to do now?” She is an architect by proffession. Architects are known to be avantguard, ahead of time, multicreative, multifaceted individuals, which can be seen in the whole performance. Her lyrics are what comes to mind, as if she says what she thinks at the moment, without creative polish. However, in Serbian context, this is extremely creative and original, something never heard and seen.

This is performance art. I am officially obsessed. 😍👏👏 The song is about artists being invisible in the health system in Serbia. Being an independent artist it affects her access to public health services and so private health insurance is expensive. In corpore sano means a healthy body in latin. It refers to the need for artists to have healthy bodies in order to work. Towards the end of the song she refers to mental health saying that a depressed mind can live in a healthy body, referring to our obsession with appearance and taboo surrounding mental health issues, especially within health systems. Finally, the constant washing of hands may be a reference to governments placing responsibility on the public during covid to constantly wash their hands to distract us from crumbling and inadequate health systems worldwide and also could be an homage to marina abramovic who combed her constantly during a performance art piece whilst saying art is beautiful. This entry is totally captivating, profound, performative and has a great hook to keep you gripped. We'll done Serbia.

The song has many layers. The Megan Merkle part is the headline that was in Serbia in 2020, and she mentions it as something that people value has become a lot more superficial. She then directs it to the artist's situation, as they would be considered unemployed in Serbia in order to get healthcare.
By the way, the part of with their bandmate is untrue. She has denied that meaning behind the song.
As a Serb, I am very proud to be represented by Konstrakta, no matter the results in ESC! She literally won us over in two days and I am happy to see us sending something new to ESC. ❤

What is Konstrakta? This is what she replied in the interview
"Ah. I already forgot. On the one hand, I counted a lot of syllables, verses and rules of some new words, constructed something that was interesting to me. I don't do that anymore. On the other hand, at that time I was studying architecture and the subject of Art History, which was taught by Professor Šuvaković, talked about constructs, primarily social ones. So I saw the whole world and all the phenomena as a construct. Both myself and the song. There is no mystery"
She is a very cool, educated, intelligent and deep person. She just expressed herself in a form of pure art and got surprised so many people loved it!

This art was not even made to be voted for - it was made to become an anthem. I am not sure how much E fans can understand, the moment in which Serbia finds itself, but also the position of artists in our country. This woman did not even come to compete, but to convey the message, but the people found themselves, and fortunately there were people in the jury, except for the singer, who recognized the value. Pure art!

At the end she does not say "Mossad". She says: "I šta ćemo sad?", meaning: "And what are we going to do now?".
It is a clear message and invitation for change, for a better world.
This song is much better in Serbian as it is. If it would be translated in English it would not be so attractive.
For example, she says: "Nemam knjižicu". It is a whole topic behind it and simple translation would not have any sense.

This song is about so many things I cannot evem put them all here. She is singing about society being obsessed about always looking perfect and always having to follow the latest trends (what is the secret behind Megan Markle's healthy hair), as someone said she is also using a female as an example because women are those who are always expected to look perfect all the time. Double standards at its best. She says "an artist has to be healthy", that is also why she is washing her hands in an OCD manner (because of the pandemic), she has no health insurance so she has to be healthy otherwise she won't get treated ("how will they monitor me, how will they care for me" ), kinda raises an issue of the health care system in Serbia, and also in many other countries. Also the hand washing is kind of a mockery of what we are doing right now trying to avoid the virus. She says that she "gives trust" in her heart to keep beating, and in an interview explains this saying that not everything health related is in our hands, we cannot fully control if we're healthy or not so sometimes we should just live and enjoy small moments in life (the part where she sings about her walking her dog and enjoying a summer day). The last part in Latin means In a healthy body, sad soul, In a healthy body desperate mind, In a healthy body frightened mind. This is about how we were oh-so focused on our physical health during the pandemic, and we completely forgot about our mental health, it doesn't even necesseraly have to do with pandemic, people usually tend to care less about their mental health, which is equally as important. Hope this helps 💜

    PROPER ENGLISH TRANSLATION
Konstrakta - In a Healthy Body
I wonder what's the secret behind Meghan Markle's healthy hair?
    I wonder what's the secret?
I wonder what's the secret behind Meghan Markle's healthy hair?
I wonder what's the secret? (I wonder what's the secret?)
    I think that
Deep hydration is what it is
    They say that
One's skin and hair show everything clearly
For example, dark circles around the eyes
    Could indicate liver problems
Blemishes around the lips, enlarged spleen perhaps?
Enlarged spleen is not good, it's not pretty
And the artist, she needs to be healthy
Be healthy, be healthy, be healthy
    B-b-b be healthy
Be healthy, be healthy, be healthy
She must be, she must be, she must be
    We're incredibly lucky
That there's such a thing as the autonomic nervous system
I don't need to control my own heart beats
The heart beats, the heart beats on its own
Bright colors of a summer day
My skirts are on my body,
My skirts, the dog and I
The two of us are talking a walk
    We're counting the steps
The skirt goes around my leg
We are taking a walk, and that's it
And it doesn't need to get any better than this
The heart beats on its own
I put my trust in it
Let it beat on its own
I put my trust in it
Let it beat, let me breathe
    God, give me health
    God, give me health
    God, give me health
    (God, give me health)
    I don't have health insurance*
How will they be able to keep track of me? (In the name of health)
To care for me? (In the name of health)
The artist, she is invisible (In the name of health)
You don't see me, it's magic (In the name of health)
The artist, she can be healthy
Be healthy, be healthy, be healthy
    B-b-b be healthy
Be healthy, be healthy, be healthy
She can be, she can be, she can be
In a healthy body, in a healthy body
In a healthy body, in a healthy body
In a healthy body, in a healthy body
    The body is healthy
    So now what?
A sick mind in a healthy body
A sad soul in a healthy body
A desperate mind in a healthy body
A terrified mind in a healthy body
    So now what?
    * Literal translation: "I don't have the little book." Little book is referred to "little health book" ("zdravstvena knjižica" in Serbian), a document issued to people who have statutory health insurance in Serbia. Today, this document is in plastic card form, but in the past, the document was issued on a piece of very thick paper which would then fold in two places to resemble a small book that can be opened. Even though today it takes the card form, it is still officially called and referred to as a "little health book".
