- Hi everyone! This is our first video! My 10 year old son “JoJo” is our videographer and editor.
This recipe was sooo easy! Season the pork up to 24 hours (or if you are like me, 10 minutes before you cook it).
Thank you and this looks so easy and delicious. Can't wait to try it.
This was the best cooking video I've seen. Love how you keep it simple and how you interact. I'm not the sharpest took in the shed and at 56 just diagnosed with ADHS, thinks make so much more sense now, lol,anyways it's hard for me to read it because my mind likes to wonder, n sometimes videos are hard to stay concentrated to if they are long and lots of talk n to fancy. Not putting anyone down for their videos, it's just me. Yours kept my attention and it was simple and easy. You see, I've been googly for 2 hours, dang time went fast, and I couldn't find the exact one. It has to say all the words that I see or I have to keep looking. So when you try to find put how long to cook this in the instant pot I couldn't get it to say it. It would say pork or roast. And probably it wold have been the right answer but me, and my ADHD are a little slow. So what I'm trying to say after my big life story I just told everybody, thank you very much and I hope you have more.
I just found your video and I really like you! I'm subscribing even before I look at your channel! I am 52yrs old and me and hubby are empty nesters so I cook for 2 now. But you are very refreshing! I have been a home cook since I was 18 and most love my cooking also I have been using pressure cookers since then too! But I have been obsessed with electric pressure cookers for the last 5 yrs. I own 5! I hope you continue to share your journey with pc's! Thank you for this simple recipe! During covid CZcams has kept me mostly sane! Good luck with your channel! If you continue on I will definitely follow you!

Do they not understand the concept of a PRESSURE COOKER?
APPLAUSE....love this....99.9% of the instant pot meat videos WAY over cook everything. Thank you for doing this and for showing the proper temp. Also, excellent job JoJo. :)
