Preparation and ingredients:
Hello friends! Welcome to my kitchen!
500 g pork fillet.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Paprika.
Turn the fillet over and do the same.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil.
Sear the meat on each side.
Garlic.
Thyme.
Sear the meat on all sides.
50 grams of butter.
Repeat after me as in the video and you will succeed!
Now the meat needs to be baked in the oven.
Place the thyme on top of the garlic on a baking sheet.
Place the meat on top so it floats in the air.
Pour the meat juices over the meat.
Bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 20 minutes on top/bottom heat.
While the meat is in the oven, prepare the mushroom salad:
Cut 500 g mushrooms.
Grease the pan with vegetable oil.
Put mushrooms in the pan.
Salt.
Fry mushrooms for 5 minutes.
Chop 2 peppers.
Add the chopped peppers to the pan.
Fry with the mushrooms for another 5 minutes.
Put the fried vegetables in a bowl.
A bunch of dill and parsley (you can add any of your favorite herbs).
Finely chop the greens.
Place vegetables in a bowl of roasted vegetables.
Chop 1 salad onion.
Put the chopped onion in a bowl.
Let's make a salad dressing:
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
A pinch of black pepper.
2 cloves of garlic.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Mix well.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
Dress the salad with the prepared dressing.
Mix well.
Our salad is ready.
The meat is cooked and can be removed from the oven.
Drizzle fillet with meat juice.
Our dishes are ready to serve.
The meat was flavorful and very juicy.

Simple sear each side for 2 to 3 minutes and throw it in the oven, there are several ways to prepare it, the easiest is to take that salt, pepper, garlic and oil and pour it over the Tenderloin before it goes in the oven, I like to add a little freshly ground fennel seeds for a more Italian style one.
The classic side many restaurants use is sauteed onions, and pepper but no mushrooms, usually with some tomato but also zucchini can be used as well.
what this person is showing is porc filet...and it is overcooked..don't do it...always finish with 142 F + rest 5 min.

It is 1/4 the work to do just the Pork Tenderloin. Hers is overcooked it is all brown and not light pink. Pork Tenderloin is easy, it is pretty much like a steak but you have to leave it in the oven MUCH longer.

Fabulous, I may have done 2 things differently, possibly remove the silver skin , maybe add a dash of mustard to the vinaigrette dressing for the vegetables , but your focus on the fresh ingredients made your content. It is on another level. Thank you sincerely Kevin USA.

At first I cringed at the yellow and red peppers, (or capsicums as we call them,) but after seeing the 'salad' you made, with 'the raw onion,' plus dressing, I'll be making this on the weekend. I LOVE video tutorials without talking, and that are not long and slowly drawn out. Well done 👏.

Die Zubereitung des Fleisches war sehr interessant, das werde ich bestimmt nachkochen. Wie man das - eher simple - Gmüse macht, hätte man nicht so ausführlich darstellen müssen.
Außerdem würde ich mir wünschen, dass man das fertige Gericht zu Beginn des Videos sieht. Das ist nämlich für mich entscheidend, ob ein Rezept-Video anschaue oder nicht, ob mich so eine Speise interessiert oder nicht. So muss ich herumscrollen!
