Would it not be more tender if you pressure cook it longer?

Mine came out dry 😏. Any idea where I might have made a mistake?

Sorry they came out dry. You can cook them a little longer (extra 5 min pressure cooking time) to make them more tender, and pour some of the cooking liquid on top of the pork chops on the plate to make them more moist. Sometimes them being dry has nothing to do with what you did, sometimes the same cut of meat is just more tough somehow.

I've replayed the tape 20 times and sill don;t know what the last ingrediernt, after the garlic salt, is. Sounds like you're saying "free-san". What is it?

    Shouldn't you sear it first?

You can sear it first if you like. I’m lazy so don’t want to do that extra step 😆

That looks awfully tough to cut. If pork cooked in an Instant Pot can't be flaked apart with just a fork, something's wrong. Most likely the cook time.
