Great workout - looks intense! Found myself in almost exactly the same situation recently - hit by an absolute truck of seasonal depression over the holidays, struggling to balance macros on a vegetarian diet. I'm still on my cut to try to lose another 10lbs in 8 weeks but shifting my diet and training to focus more on high protein to retain what mass I do have.
Your physique is already excellent and your routine is inspiring. Wishing you all the best with your goals this year. If you stay dedicated and consistent regardless of your mood and motivation, you will reach them without a doubt!
May God Bless you In Christ Jesus Holy Name!
Have Faith and God Loves you. Pray and it will happen. Really excited to see what you will become dude. Amen!
you've really scaled down your setup man. What was the reason for it ? Just prefer to get after it with calisthenics and minimalist equipment ?
Pretty much, & I wanted to create more room in my garage.
could you add some detail on your sleep problems? i have had some issues with that as well and have found some things to help me.
if your problem is falling asleep, then doing some dopamine spiking event like ice baths or using a sauna b4 bed can help
if your problem is staying asleep and not waking up early, taking magnesium before bed can help a bit as well as consuming some fat (like adlmond butter) to regular blood sugar
hope tht helps, but if it doesn't and you find something that does, please share
Thanks for the advice, I will try magnesium & nut butter before bed.
My issue is staying asleep, I get about 1-2 hours before I ping awake & then for the rest of the night I'm lucky if I can get another 2 hours sporadically.
cold showers don't help you sleep, contrastingly, hot showers do
@@Bullseye_Strength there are a few really basic things to look out for:
1. Sleep in a completely dark and silent room if possible
2. Blue screen filters, or even better just avoid screens 30-60 minutes before going to bed (maybe read a book instead)
3. Sex (sounds stupid but works, not masturbation that fucks up your brain)
4. Magnesium and zinc
5. Avoid caffeine after like 3pm
6. Try to eat at least 2-3 hours before going to bed to give your body time to digest
7. Warm showers before bed
8. Be active during the day (avoid procrastination)
Hope this helps :)
@@Mranonymous9cold showers can help you sleep, not always but for some it can
01:30 I think about the morality of eating meat unnecessarily. But in the natural world, it requires many kills & inflicted suffering to sustain the bodyweight of a predator such as an orca or crocodile.
Agreed. I've also read a lot of accounts of vegans suffering from mental health issues like depression that have been alleviated when they've reintroduced meat.
I've been suffering bad recently, so I'm willing to try anything that might help, short of medication.
We lost a vegan
