- I remove the 2nd row seat from my Chevrolet Suburban to give my dog (Sergeant Double Stuf) a bit more room on our road trips. This SHOULD work on all 2007-2013 tahoes and suburbans. Heck maybe silverados too?

Thank you so much I have a 200 lb mastiff that is old and can no longer get in my suv. Thanks for sharing ❤
Thank you so much for your video. It saved my life. 😂😂
I had to remove the second row carpet and didn't know how to put the new carpet with installation.
Thank you it was a good explanation you're good at explaining
Thank you, I appreciate the kind words! I hope you got something out of this video.
Thanks for the video, seems to be only one of it's kind. I'm planning on converting a 2011 suburban to live and travel in, so taking out the 2nd and 3rd row completely is advisable. I will say it didn't look to smooth, which is unfortunate, but I suppose I could get some padding and figure out how to best level it.
The spare cheap floor mats really have held up well and smoothed it out. If it wasn’t for the floor liner it’d be really smooth. Thanks for watching and good luck!
You need to pay it forward and post a video cuz I’m thinking the same thing!
ill be posting my tahoe setup soon. super basic but it'll do
Great video, thank you for the tool details!
Just saw this! Thanks for watching and thanks for the positive feedback!
Can i have the 2nd row seat facing the rear if so how could i
Torq spec is 2 brrts from the impact wrench
I did 1.5 ugga duggas…
Does the battery need to be disconnected for removing the 2nd row? I’m not sure if the cord has anything to die with airbags
When in doubt it’s best to disconnect.
Yea ur definitely right 🤣
Thanks! Did you have heated seats?
Sorry I just saw this comment. I do not have heated seats, or power. Do any gmt900 2nd row seats have heat or power? Genuinely curious.
@@utjay2008 Yes. 2009 Suburban LT. Currently the family mountain bike shuttle but I'm hoping to convert to a tiny camper once the kiddos are out of the house in a couple years. Thanks for the video.
would removing a seat mess something up if they were? As long as you tuck any connectors away I don’t see a issue
@@carlcrouch6447 I highly doubt it. But just remember to disconnect any wire harnesses first. I didn’t go over that in my video.
@@utjay2008I have heated seats in mine and will be removing them today if the snow stops. I’ll update this thread and let you know the process 🇺🇸🤘🏼
will the captian seats fit on those mounts?
Good question! I don’t know - I’m assuming they would if you’re talking about 2nd row captains (I’m guessing you are). I doubt the front seats would bolt there.
I have a Chevy Tahoe, I was wondering the same
