Alongside this, Dr. Ibreez mentions the experiences of other IMGs who have contacted RoadToUK regarding agencies, and discusses what they went through, as well as her own experience applying via NHS jobs.

Thanks for this informative post. I have a question regarding the email contact shown on job advertisements which might be the HR's or the consultant's email address. Do you think whether it's a good idea to approach them before getting an interview? I mean would that increase the chance of getting an interview?

If I choose for the uncoupled option, then do I need to apply for a new job every year to get into subsequent CT levels? I'm asking this because on the NHS job site when I search for a CT 1 job in general medicine, it says that the job is available for a fixed term of 1 year. So do I need to apply 3 times for a core training job to reach the CT-3 level and complete my core medical training? Kindly clarify my doubt.

Many IMGs are still able to land jobs within 2-4 months of applying. It all comes down to how well you present yourself and your achievements.
