    Didn't one of the 6 Beasts survive, being trapped in ice?
    They should have the Beast return to give the Orks something equivalent to the Primarchs.

      I think a Krork (who has been in stasis since the conclusion of the War of Heaven) should suddenly wake up and slaughter everyone on the planet he was kept on. This Krork should then wage a one man reunification war in which he reunifies all green skins under his rule.

    The Emperor was dead by the time the Beast was fought. The battle he's talking about is the one involving Gharkul Blackfang that took place during the Great Crusade. 3 entire legions (Luna Wolves, Ultra Marines and Space Wolves) were sent to defeat him and his Waagh but they were losing, so the Emperor and his Custodes teleported directly into the battle to defeat him. Gharkul Blackfang was the largest ork ever encountered until the War of the Beast. That's him at 7:00 squaring off against the Emperor.

    You got that wrong in the begining: The beast arises takes place in M33 i think. So the Emperor is alredy "dead" and everyone is so focused on Chaos that they forgot the Orks. You can get the exact data when looking for the founding of the Deathwatch.
    Or did you just mess upo the Emperor with Vulcan there? Then everything would make sense again.
    Edit: No you got this wrong: The Emperor never does anything in the series. How could he? if he would still be there there would have been enough other primarchs other than vulkan to help the imperium.

    • @NulsinHell
      @NulsinHell Před 6 lety +3

      i think i remember that that both Vulcan and Chapter Master Koorland (in full Terminator Armor) were picked up by the beast ... And yeah your point is right the only times the emperor was close to unusal danger was when the Halequins came to talk to him personally.

      @snakehead214 Před 6 lety

      exactly. even if that wasnt the case either if you trust what they originally wanted...
      i think he mixed this up with the story were 2 primarchs (dorn and another one i think) fought against orks and were failing and the emperor and his custodes safed them.

    It'd be easy when the Imperials realize bombing something from orbit will save alot more lives and equipment than sending their armies with machine guns and swords. In other words, the Imperium will start winning when they develop Common Sense.

    • @xabyius

      Inquisitor Gregor Eisenhorn yeh pretty much...

    • @tylerdunn9683
      @tylerdunn9683 Před 6 lety +1

      Inquisitor Gregor Eisenhorn the imperium of man isn't really smart when it comes to military tactics. If you had to place say a squad of Imperial Stormtroopers from the Galactic Empire vs a squad of Imperial Guardsmen or if the Galactic Empire wanted to take a world from the imperium they would never confront them in open warfare hell a few imperial star destroyers would take station. Around the planet being held by the imperium and just do a orbital bombardment turning the planet to dusk.

    • @Lulu-ex7fc
      @Lulu-ex7fc Před 6 lety

      I get the point that on alot of worlds, the armies have to be sent in to retake it since the degradation and loss of technological know-how makes forge worlds and worlds with manufactorums near irreplaceable assets but in situations like when there's a massive Ork attack MOON above your homeworld, it makes sense to simply bombard it with macro-cannons, Nova cannons, and cyclonic torpedoes. Hell, pull that move used during Hive Fleet Behemoth and detonate a battleship's warp drives or something. If the planet has gellar fields, it might not actually do much but at the very least it can drop that moon into the Warp to become Chaos' problem.
      Even if that wasn't feasible, at least when you get a few ships on the planet, have one of them carry an Exterminatus weapon like a Virus bomb. It's alot more feasible then rushing your army at a mountain sized palace that is actually a Gargant.

    • @tylerdunn9683
      @tylerdunn9683 Před 6 lety +2

      Inquisitor Gregor Eisenhorn and when it does cone to technology used by the Imperium of man it is pretty much very backward and rather what's the correct term obsolete if you take a ship from say both Star Wars and Warhammer 40K like let's just take a republic venator class Star Destroyer alongside just a standard Imperial warship like a cruiser or something the venator class Star Destroyer in terms of technology-wise would be bit more advanced hell it could pretty much about run any ship the Imperium has and it has a hyperdrive to and I would rather travel hyperspace then take my chances with warp travel.

    • @Lightscribe225
      @Lightscribe225 Před 6 lety +2

      Not so much when the thing you are bombing from orbit can fire a gun to tear your fleet in half. That was a favorite tactic of the Orks during the Beast WAAAGH!

  • @Stylenwavin
    @Stylenwavin Před 6 lety +2

    I think you have 2 different ork waghs mixed up? One where Horus had to get saved by the Emperor and the one where the beast series takes place that Vulcan had to do since the Emperor was incapacitated at the time and all other Primarchs were either dead, went traitor, ect. The one that the Emperor was in I believe was a bigger waggh than the one the Beast is in.

    I have had a theory. As The Beast was noted to be ancient, and humongous in size, it could be possible The Beast was maybe... a Krork, from the War in Heaven times, he was as smart as the ancient Krok warbosses, preferring martial law. So i believe The Beast was a Krok, one of the last IF not the last.

    • @valtersplume3726
      @valtersplume3726 Před 4 lety +2

      War in Heaven happened 65 000 000 years ago. There's no way anything organic could live that long.
      The explanation is simple. Do you know why Nobz, Warbosses and Ghazghkull all are so huge? It's because they have fought many battles and their peers respect them. The lore states that if both of these criteria are fulfilled, Ork bodies syntesize growth hormones. The Beast just did the same things any Nob or a Warboss does, except he did it for a much longer time period( not since the War in Heaven, of course, but simply for a long time )and thus got huge.

    QUESTION_1: Hello OMS! Thanks answer and as always keep the great work! To be honest i didn't know about the "super glue first aid", but done some research and there is a better and safer way a vetrinary glue (like vetbond)
    Back to original question. How heretical does it sound if some random (most likely cursed founding - mixed gene-seed and stuff) loyalist Space marine chapter, get sucked into a warp storm, spit out next to a planet with some phase-in/out phenomenon, to spice things up, something happends and they really need to make an emergency landing,
    coz You know Warp and how it likes to complicate/fuck things up. So... while traversing though the planet they'll found some old space ark (lets say those people left the earth just before the end of golden age of technology), that also crash landed because of warp and it's stuck on the planet as well as the SM.
    The thing is, how ridiculous does it sounds that after meeting the humans of the ark,living with them, trying to survive on that planet (deathworld/tomb world?) for a few generations the chapter goes from "AI is evil, purge it ", to something like "its useful, yet don't say it out loud they [wider imperium] will mark us as heretics. Let's go fully Dark Angels and shiet"
    Overall their primary mission would be to fight for humankind and protecting it, but they also would hoard the technology - not to send it to Admech or something like it - but to use it for betterment of humankind and reviving the Big E.
    REQUEST : If You're gonna make some videos about Dark Angels and their inner companies, could You give Us a hint about why DA got more weapon options
    (and DA and plasmaguns, are they better then Ryza in manufacturing them or what?) on their Terminators f.e. dudes in deathwing wielding a
    plasma cannon instead of storm bolter etc.
