- Darlingtonia are wonderful and fun to grow but a little tricky to divide! Damon will walk you through the process in this video. We have Darlingtonia seasonally available on our website in spring and summer! www.californiacarnivores.com

Great video. I was up to visit twice and it was so much fun. 😊
nice to see a new video
Great video Damon. Heaps of good info. I have to do a lot of dividing coming up at Spring time, (I'm in Oz), so it will be very helpful.
This is awesome video. Since I have experience growing sarracenias and Venus fly trap I always want to try growing Darlingtonia but problem is I live in Texas and the weather here is harsh especially summer. I have to figure out.
Try growing it in a windowsill behind something blocking the roots from getting too hot
It’ll be very tough to grow these outside in Texas in the summer but you may be able to grow it indoors for the hottest parts of the year!
How much? 👀
Love y’all’s plants but I’m running out of grow lights😂😂
Keep it up y’all 💖
We’ll have these available in late spring and they’ll start around $34.99! It’s so hard to keep squeezing in more plants but we keep doing it too 😂
Hey got a question for you guys how do you germinate HELIAMPHORA from seed?
i had no luck with Darlingtonia... they keep on dying, while my sarrs are doing perfectly fine
Darlingtonia are tricky plants to grow, they dislike any heat on their roots which is a little tough!
Hey 😁
I have a question i have a pinguicula agnata how long they live?
They can live for years and years but can also only live for 2-5. They’re a little mercurial, that’s why we always recommend taking leaf pullings to make more!
