Go for it, Andy! Great meeting you at StrengthCon I, and for the book signing.
Is the overload squat similar to the concept of baseball players using a weighted bat before they hit to make the bat feel "lighter"? Is this applicable to intermediate or more advanced lifters? Thanks again sir!
Landmine abs looks interesting.

Do you have any problems associated with pelvis rotation in the squat? It seems like your's rotates quite a bit. When mine does, I end up with really bad trigger points in my lumbar.
Rotate as in bee sting / butt wink? Yep, always had a bit of that, due to extremely extensible hamstrings. Never caused any problems and it's been going on for 15 years, so I don't worry about it.
Is that george leemans old gym in florida???
No. This is the gym that I own and train clients at in Kingwood, TX - Kingwood Strength & Conditioning. We're about 30 miles north of Houston. www.KingwoodStrength.com
Andy Baker .....oh ok cool, must be awesome to own a gym
ha ha. Pros and Cons, man. Like everything else
Do you have a number in mind that you plan to hit on meet day? Great stuff!
Not yet. I'll see how things go as I get closer. I haven't trained heavy in a while, so we'll see how quickly (or slowly) things come back
