Could you do a video on how to integrate running with strength training? I can't comprehend how you're able to run so fast at your size while also maintaining strength. I bought the "Run Fast, Squat Heavy" Ebook, so I'll give that a shot in the interim. Is it possible to train for a variety of distances at the same time (e.g., 5k, 1 mile, 400m, and 100m) or do you advise focusing on one thing at a time and maintaining the others?

Just a quick question. I know you do crossfit, so on the days that you may have leg dominant workouts, do you run or you run on days other than "leg days"?
Adam...excellent. If you warm up with a 10-20 min easy jog beforehand that will help you a lot.
Damn 18:53, solid ass time man! I’m 6’0” 200-205 and can’t get anywhere close to 20:00, 22:00-23:00 is a good day on the trail right now.
@@dpcater damn 36 minutes at 220, that’s crazy! My best is only 48 minutes.
