My long term training goals are: Lifting: 350 squat, 250 bench, 400 deadlift, 250 weighted pullup (including bodyweight). Running: 12 sec 100m, 5 min mile, 3 hour marathon. I’m 5’6 and currently 170 lbs at around 18-20% BF.

You’re one of the people who’ve done the 500# squat 5:00 mile same day right? I squatted 550lb last October before I started running.. The mile had to take way longer to get to huh? Did you have to build speed and leg endurance then go back to adding heavier sessions to achieve that?
Could you do a video on how to integrate running with strength training? I can't comprehend how you're able to run so fast at your size while also maintaining strength. I bought the "Run Fast, Squat Heavy" Ebook, so I'll give that a shot in the interim. Is it possible to train for a variety of distances at the same time (e.g., 5k, 1 mile, 400m, and 100m) or do you advise focusing on one thing at a time and maintaining the others?

Damn 18:53, solid ass time man! I’m 6’0” 200-205 and can’t get anywhere close to 20:00, 22:00-23:00 is a good day on the trail right now.

Idk if your awake right now but I bought track spikes today and I was just wondering. You can unscrew the track spikes out of the bottom. Are you able to run on the concrete track in track spikes if you unscrew the spikes from the bottom or will it be slippery
