  • I am halfway through my training to hit a sub 5:00 Mile and a 500lb Back Squat in the same day. I had a mile time trial that went well, so I decided to hit a back squat after just to see where I was at.

    Great job! I've always felt sub 5 mile and 500 lbs squat was the holy grail of fitness. You can be the first man to accomplish this.

      Haha some are old plates and some are a lot newer
