  • In the continuation of uploading more courses on both exploringtaiji and exploringqigong this course is covering 5 - element Qigong. According to Chinese Medicine balance of ‘the five elements’ are key components of a healthy life.
    In Chinese philosophy the five elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water are the five basic aspects of Qi, or life force. These five elements are both interconnected and interdependent.
    There are many variations of these set and of course some is a better choice than others.
