What is simple and accessible stucks with most people because it requires no effort. Word of advice. *Never* reduce any question into some sort of childish false dichotomy. "It's either good or isn't" - since music alone is highly subjective it makes your statement even more absurd.
False dichotomies are for kids. Unless you're one yourself you should be ashamed.

Im English...and I 100% agree. When countries sing in English all I hear is there accent, good example being France this year, but when they sing in their own language there is something mysterious about it, even though I dont understand it.
But when Greece sang in native in the first semi-final 2018 you had her at the top at the best and she didnt even qualify....Thank you Europe for your votes😤
