EVERYBODY WE MUST JOIN FORCES AND GET THIS SONG GLOBALLY POPULARISED. IT MIGHT NOT HAVE ENTERED EUROVISION BUT IT CAN ENTER WORLD CHARTS
Is my ringtone and I'm from Barcelona, mny people ask me about ir and I say: Australia :)
🍁
@ikr wtf ? Are you in Canada? Is it getting popular there? 🤔🇦🇺
@Hưng Phan Duy YAAASSSS!!! (British btw but I watch the Sydney fireworks every year
If I let Turkish people know about this song, you know, full of comments in Turkish.. 🤣
2024 and it seems they are finally getting their time to shine on a big Eurovision stage. I hope the rumors are true.
2023 and still mad this didn’t win to go to Eurovision!
This was too good for Eurovision that year hahah.
They're representing Australia this year (2024) with their song 'One Milkali'.
Well, guess what
Omg Aboriginal language, I always dreamt to hear such a song, ethnic with modern. In my Top 10 for sure if Australia is sending this !
Go Australia
I KNEW WE'LD AGREE WITH THIS
I thought it was an african dialect lol
Australia has a lot of these artists.
Baker Boy, electric fields, gurrumul Yunupingu, Yothu Yindi
@@guccigucci2204 yes It is one from South Africa
MY WIG IS ON TOP OF ULURU
lol
I was your 200th like... 👍
@@treypohe4593 omg how on Earth does this have 200 likes
Lol idk... 😉
YESS PREACH
I am so shook this was not picked! Like why???
Don't know, so sad.... they deserved...
Why you don't react at eurovision ? ?
Hurt by the running order and the staging. Plus, the winner is a well-know name in Australia.
aren't you one of those guys who sing this song?
@@nahchaqaro Oh HAHAHA All bald people are the same... O_o
2024 electric fields are coming to Eurovision so excited for you !!! Looking forward 2000 and whatever was my favorite to represent Australia in 2019
I've followed Eurovision for 15+ years now. I'm almost never wrong in predictions who s going to win, or place high. This song would have been top 3 if not win. This is a winning song... real shame Australia :/
I know it's a shame.
@@apmaps it s The Netherlands' to lose really. Although I would prefer Iceland to win, I think that the Netherlands is more palpable to the broader audience. Either way TOP 5 should be: The Netherlands, Iceland, Switzerland, Cyprus and Italy/Greece.
My personal preference would be Iceland, Switzerland or Cyprus to win, but yea, it will go to The Netherlands this year.
@@apmaps oh I see Iceland in top 5 for sure. 90% they get it.
@Falco Lombardi99 While I love the song, I unfortunately dont think Romania will make it... North Macedonia will take its spot this year. It s between the two 80 - 20 chances towards North Macedonia
@Falco Lombardi99 of course a lot will depend on the stage that night, maybe N. Macedonia fails (they are generally weak with staging) and Romania brings it... the order in which they perform however plays in favor of N. Macedonia
This is sensational! The incorporation of indigenous language is marvellous. It supports the UN year of Indigenous Language!!
This can win the whole thing - modern, crazy in the best way, fantstastic singer wit an amazing aura, ethnic and it stucks in your head. People will love it, the jurys will honour it. THATs the whole package you need for Eurovision. I can't stop hearing it!
Guess what! The Aussies just ruined it big time. Zero gravity will be zero Points. 2000 and whatever would have been a potential winner. Soooo dissapointed!
@@sagedeil6654 it won't get zero points... But yes. I totally agree with you. The Aussies throw the possible to win in the garbage. I'm heartbroken... 😭💔
I’m Aussie and I was DEVASTED that 2000 and Whatever didn’t win! *DEVASTATED!!!* 😭🇦🇺💔
Still jamming to this in 2022! 😊
And 2023
2024
2024
Indigenous people are showing how it is done. So refreshing to hear this. It gets my vote!
So utterly disappointed this wasn’t selected tonight. However I’m sure the team have found a whole pack of new fans from their amazing performance tonight!!
This is a truely brilliant song and I can’t wait to hear more from them very soon
This one is a masterpiece from Australia 😍 the world need to be introduced with this aboriginal song ❤
I'm here right before the get announced as Eurovision 2024 Australia representatives + their entry gets revealed!
WINNER WINNER WINNER
Happy 2000 and whatever SUCH A MOOD
This song is 2000 light years beyond the Eurovision, congrats guys. My favorite song form all ESC selections.
I'm crying in Australian after this lost Australia decides
I'm crying in European help
Zero Gravity is now number 1! 🔝🇦🇺
This is my ESC winner of 2019, I dont care that they didnt qualify, this is the WINNER on a whole another level! Bravoo, bow down, bravo!!!
Australia this is the Winner of Eurovision 19.
Wake up guys and send this amazing song to Tel Aviv.
Good Luck Electric Field.
Mark from Switzerland.xxxxx
Australia please send this to Eurovision
Poin-oin-oin-oin-oin-oin-oin-oin-ts.
0 gravity, 0 everything won. So.. shame.. this was much better.
@@corentindeuxtrois 😂😂😂 j avoue !
Can you guys just imagine the roar of the crowd when they sing along to the chorus. The oooohhhh ohhhhh chant bit during the chorus. I can just imagine the whole stadium chanting that ohhhhhhhhhhhhh how EPIC this would have been.
Happy to see you in Malmö. And come soon to Istanbul also
Australia, don't mess it up, this is a HIT!
Bruno Barroso Yeah nah yeah we fucked it right up ay. Sent another one of those blonde sheilas on stilts.
Guess what
THEY DID
Well and truly fucked it! 😩😣
NEED Electric Fields at ESC. Their perfomance deserved IT!
Well
I know I wrote about this before, but I really can't help it. I am listening to this song over and over again, and when I am not listening to it, I can't get it out of my head. I HATE YOU AUSTRALIA FOR NOT SENDING THIS TO ESC 2019. It would've been one of the most unforgettable entries ever!!! SHAME....SHAME....SHAME
Same ahhaha
AUSTRALIA better choose this!!!!
Haven't stopped listening to this since it was released. BY FAR the best song of the National Final Season of 2019!! 🇦🇺🇦🇺
This should of been chosen. This is so fresh and orginal.
This would be a winner on the ESC Stage.
Australian viewers, if this song translates well to live and according to EBU regulation, I believe you've got a potential Eurovision winner here. I love Courtney just as much as anyone else, but Electric Fields are something SPECIAL.
Fábio Barbosa What is this Song about ?“We’re not gonna live forever - Happy 2000 whatever “. And lots of sound effects. It’s pretty but it’s gibberish #Message #Inspire
@@nextleveljourney6612 The lyrics are not a Shakespearean sonnet, but then again so is neither of the English-speaking songs in Eurovision year after year.
But since it is just a pop song, I guess the meaning is self-evident: this is simply an angst-y cry for the new generation to feel empowered and beautiful (like Monroe) and make the most of these confusing times (2000 and whatever), seize the day and all that, thrown in with a few psychedelic images. That is their message.
@@nextleveljourney6612 It's a song contest not a message contest. And clearly it's about 2000 generation and the song encourages them to be proud of themselves.
they are special: listen to them here singing "Shade Away" live (with Anangu language)...your heart & soul will never be the same: czcams.com/video/p3JQhJg9tlg/video.html

This song went very well with the fire works last night at Elder park... HAPPY NEW YEARS 👍
Electric fields you will always be my number one you amazing you are masterpiece no matter what even if you did not win you will be unforgettable and I will always hear this song and I will always love you
Yeap totally agree henny!!!!
I'm so glad I atleast got exposed to them I had no clue who they were b4 being on Australia decides. So happy to have discovered them!!!
MAH GOD, just saw them live and came back here...PLEASE SEND THIS!
Oh My God, love it. Kate and Sheppard are amazing but nothing will beat this!
After three consecutive years of generic entries, Australia really need to send something fresh.
"2000 and Whatever" would be an interesting choice for Tel Aviv 2019!
Good luck 🇦🇺 Australia!
I agree that most Australian entries have been really generic.
Apart from Guy, Australian choices have been very generic, Yes, Dami's song was generic but spectacular, her live performance brought the song to another level, she rocked Stockholm.
I would love Courtney Act in Eurovision, I love her song and her aswell but I agree this would finally stop the generic songs representing Australia and I kind of really love that. They are so special, I think they could win Eurovision?
This is still pretty generic
escJåck not really... it has a completely different beat, nothing like anything in eurovision before. Also it includes some of an Australian Aboriginal language
My wig got snatched by a kangaroo Jesus Australia y’all need to send this
What a shame this didn't win! 2000 WTFs!!!!!! But you know what! I'm going to listen to this forever. It is amazing! Thank you Electric Fields!
It has become an earworm. I can't get the lyrics out of my head. Will be voting for this.
Hoping for an extended version after ESC
Had this been picked, we would be listening to the 2019 Eurovision Winners!
This is who must represent us Australia!
12 from France (I am at 50% australian ;) so proud if this song we representing in Tel-Aviv 💙💝💚❤✊
Sydney New Year's Eve 2019-2020 brought me here.
Same
Thank you for this beautiful song, thank you Electric Fields.
Electric Fields or Kate Miller-Heidke should represent Australia because they have that "special unique thing" that we want and looking for in Eurovision ♥
Winner!
This is a MUST-PICK for Australia 🇦🇺💙
No
Marko ESC YES! YES! YES!
Imagine having to do those screams as a background singer😂
Well those "screams" will be in the pre-recorded track as they are vocoders which means those voices are been transformed into an instrument.
Imagine Rodigo Alves will do that😂
@@escholland that's some horror movie content you got there😅
Didnt Netta use a vocoder for her live performances? It will be fine for this too.
The rules of Eurovision state that no human voice or sound can be in the backing track . All vocal must be live , or you get docked a percentage of your score . Happened before
Australia what have you done!! :(
Top 3 for Australia with this song ! ❤🔥🔥🔥🔥 Love from France 😉
If this was in esc I feel like it would be like norway, flop in jury but be top 3 in televote
This needs to win... its so different that it’s a masterpiece. Art !
*AMAZING* !
i absolutely love it from the first time i heard it! pop + some ethnic sounds and aboriginal language = *A BOP*

I hope Australia takes this song to Eurovision. And the aussies might win the contest!!
Just love it guys 👏👏👏👏😍
SO AMAZING!!!!!! Really hoping you win the national final for Australia (and bring an indigenous Australian language to the stage for the first time)!!!!!!!!!
A good live performance and you can skip Australia Decides and consider this a contender to win Eurovision!! Good luck! So cool.
Electric Fields, the duo, is phenomenal live !! Check out their live performance videos! They will be fierce competitors at Eurovision. Number #1 Choice for Australia Decides. ❤
This has WINNER painted all over it.
Congrat's Australia , the standard is so high this year.
Have this on repeat - can't stop listening to it! Voted x20 times for this song to win!
Recount please? 🙈
If this can be performed perfectly live it will have a high chance of being my favourite!
The United Kingdom's best chance of hosting the Eurovision in 2020.
I believe Manchester Arena has already been earmarked for any country unable to host a contest
Haha true!
I hope that they would choose Prague... :D
Didn't you mean "only" chance? ;)

Quirky, fun, with soul. Amazing.
You know what, the one thing I absolutely love about Eurovision is that it opens up the door to become connected with amazing artists like yourselves despite being literally on the other side of the planet. I'm super excited to hear what you guys come out with in the future!
Just over 12 months ago when I saw this live and I STILL PLAY THIS! Thank you! Please PLEASE compete again! It is important that we have our First People represented like this on an international stage! Love it!
This is sooooo good. Would have won at Eurovision for sure - so catchy, so memorable, so uniquely Australian.
This song would have won easily in Tel Aviv!
Love from Israel! Amazing song!

So sad this didn't make it to ESC. Exceptional
Please come back next year!!! Guys you are AMAZING !!!

I think this could easily win Eurovision. It has uniqueness and personality, something I think it's essential to win, and they create a perfect combination between electronic music and Australian culture. Let's see if this wins the National Final and what the other countries send but I'm betting for this right now
