I know right - it was a tough call when they were up against Kate Miller Heidke. Yet I'm so grateful for that selection as it introduced me to them. I can't help thinking that Anpuru Maau would have been a better choice. I'm 100% confident it would take out the Eurovision title. Regardless I hope their presence does something to repair our racist image after the No Vote won.

This song speaks to our place in the universe, how we cannot "own" land, and that borders are invented. It's about realizing our place in the natural world and that we are to be stewards of the land living in harmony with each other and nature. It's genuinely a lyrical masterpiece with its clever nods to the golden ratio and our universe. I'm curious if the golden ratio was used at all in the production of the song or just in lyrical meaning.

Electric Fields are amazing, the sounds are very interesting, I loved 2000 and whatever because of the euphoria it brings, I miss that in this song because it’s so pop orientated, I hope they bring it good on stage ❤
I think there will be a very indigenous feel to the staging which may really elevate it. I preferred my second listen to my first. It's not a winner but there's potential for enough improvement to at least make the final.
