weight reduction is by far the best thing you can do to a ka. just stand on the gas and lateral acceleration will slow it enough for the corners lol
that wing fits on the Astra criminally well
Well, I don't want to be an accessory to any car aerodynamics crimes, but I have to admit, that wing does fit on the Astra like a glove!

And the added downforce re-clamps the double sided tape on every run. If he ever gets a run.

@@TheAlbaniaGaming They did two lapsin a row and counted the fastest. After Scott's laps they said that his first was around 1'05" and the second was the 1'04" that counted.
@Diego Mangueira yeah but both of Wills lap were hot laps meaning he had a rolling start of course his would be faster.. his dig start race was discounted as he took the wrong turn
@Diego Marujuwana The racers did two consecutive laps and recorded their fastest time. When it was Scott's turn, they noted that his first lap clocked in around 1 minute and 5 seconds, but it was his second lap, which he completed in just 1 minute and 4 seconds, that ended up counting as his official time.

I suspect crankshaft sensor failure. Had an 1800 Corsa C and it had a hot starting issue. Car refused to start when the engine was warm. Stone cold and itd fire up first time every time.
Sounded like a fuel cut, bit suspect since happened immediately after he was messing around in the fuse box...
Maybe the ECU doesn't like the Traction Control fuse being removed, or he disturbed other fuses while he was in there.
@@ProMilkshake Would a worn CPS that's been heatsoaked cause a non-start? My old Supra has that issue, and I've been told the CPS is often on it's way out.

I bet the traction control fuse is connected to the fuel pump, some older vauxhalls where done like this........may be worth trying to put the fuse back in and trying to start again
C'mon guys, get Cinch to reopen Rockingham please!
There's a massive demand for it locally, get a UK CZcams meet going along with Car throttle, Auto Alex, Mat Watson etc etc and show Cinch how much visibility they could get through CZcams.
They said they'd be turning it into a parking area like their other sites in Corby but clearly not.

I was 100% convinced Rockingham was a car park these days, obviously not! It still looks like a car park on Google Earth, so I'm not sure what's going on
Callum easily had the most sensible and reasonable mods, so I knew the moment I saw what he had chosen, he'd win haha.
That's actually right - if you want to go faster, do this in this specific order:
1. Learn to drive
2. Buy good tires

Used rally tyres and a nitrous kit would have been my choice for the KA.
The Astra is just a bucket.
As for the MG - its amazing that its not only still working but also still the correct way up.
When I came upon your channel I was skeptical because I'm a cynic but having watched a fair amount of videos I gotta say you guys have great chemistry. Chemistry is what made Top Gear the gem it was, so I wish you all the success you strive for, can't wait to see what this thing of yours can turn into with a bit of time and a big-ass budget!

There's a Ma-Hoosive amount of tarmac parking area around the Rockingham circuit for all of Cinch's stock.
It'd be nice if Cinch would work with yourselves and/or some of the companies who run track days to put on some events using the Rockingham circuit. I'd be up for a bit of a lash round the place even though it is 140-ish miles from where I live.
At least one of those Giti tyres has been through a Fun Cup Endurance weekend in our Vape Club Racing number 246 car. I recognised the 246 Left Rear markings! The tyres are surprisingly grippy and last no problem through a 4 hour race and beyond.
Can't wait for more of this! I'd love too see y'all try for some style points and perhaps enter em into a car show.

These guys are just so much fun to watch. They took the recipe from Top Gear (Clarkson trio) and the reason they made it work is because these three actually have very good mix of personalities.
Scott on his own will be boring since he is too analytical. Callum will be difficult to be taken seriously; and Will is just a boring car salesman fellow. Put them together and somehow it is just so much fun to watch. I guess it is because these boys are really having a lot of fun.
Easy, just buy the highest quality tires you can get for the money and remove excess weight or just try to win the king of the ricer award like you did. 😂

The astra - almost all TCS fuses on new cars also control the fuel pump. Plug your fuse back in, and it'll go.
