- In this video, some court paperwork was found about Danny. And it's not pretty at all. I wanted to share this with him, which was not easy to do. And get HIS SIDE OF THE STORY. In conclusion to all of this, I myself, believe what he says in his defense. He also has BOOKS AND BOOKS of court transcripts and documents to back up his story as well. This was not a video I wanted to do. But felt we HAD TO. We had to attempt to set the record straight. And he really wanted to do this as well. Danny's past is not glamorous at all. That much is a given. But Regardless of ANYTHING, this man has certainly served his time and also his debt to society.

We made this video to allow Danny to share his side of a messed up story. Some court paperwork surfaced saying Danny public beat the mother of his kids mother back in 2001 and thats what he went to prison for. However Danny was never convicted of that and instead was convicted of a firearm charge by the feds. Then given the career criminal act enhancement which ended up with him serving 15 years in federal prison. There's also something we misunderstood in the past. Danny got out in 2016 for 3 months then ended up violating his probation for making threats, and went back to serve an additional 13 months. He has now been out for 7 months since serving those 13 months after first serving 24 years in Walpole State Prison from 1977-2001 And 15 years in federal prison from 2001-2016.

I really hope that Danny is getting a portion of the proceeds from all of these videos he's in. This is fantastic content and I love this channel, but he definitely has been through enough to have earned a little compensation.

He’s been institutionalized. After spending your entire adult life in a prison, surrounded by other criminals, most likely all violent, I can see how hard it would be not to revert into the prison way of thinking when confronted.

I was facing a criminal charge obstruction of breathing and a class D felony. I ended up serving only 1 month but ended up with " conditional releases" as well as over 2k dollars in fines. But it could've been worse
100% this, back in highschool I got searched at the mall once by a cop because me and my friends were just sitting next to the stairwell. Cop smells the weed on me and we get searched, finds a g in my pocket and 16gs my friend had. He didn't tell us he had that before the cop pulled it out of his bag. Court papers say we were smoking weed in the stairwell and I bought it off of him. He got jail and I ended up on a 6-months probation and $900 in dues and class cost. Ended up with a whole list of charges when it was only misdemeanor possession for both of us. Instead he gets a felony and I got a list of charges I have to get expunged

Everyone who has a criminal history has; newspaper articles, news reports, judges, prosecutors, etc. that leave a paper trail. If you have to mention all of these to preface the history before you tell a story, you’d never get to the actual story. Then, when you don’t, you sound like a liar to those quick to accuse. Danny’s going to have to deal with this the rest of his life. He seems pretty contrite to me.
Prosecutors go to school for a loooooong time to learn the best ways to demonize people. You'd think that ham and cheese sandwich tortured a school bus full of pregnant children to death by the time theyre done with it...
Honestly, he still just sounds like someone passing the buck to me. He's proud of being a man of violence. So proud that he inked it all over his face. my friends gf crashed her car and tried to kill both of them on purpose when he was begging to get out and had his seatbelt off. he ran(his fault) and she blamed him and said he grabbed the wheel he is now facing 12 felonies including attempted murder and kidnapping when he hasn't done anything wrong besides fleeing the scene.The court piles charges on and makes the story as bad as possible. He has sat for months without a conviction while she walks free she is crazy and stalks his family and his friends/ social media. He is stuck in the US prison system. If anyone has any advice for him or his friends and family I would love to hear it. What I'm saying is you don't get the full story in court documents

Regardless of his past, Danny is just trying to live his last years is peace, and make up all the time lost and enjoy the bit of time he has left before he gets to old to be able to even provide for himself. Danny paid his karma and his debt to society. Not many people survive prison, some people die physically, mentally and spiritually before they are even released. After all that time Danny did to have come out so well spoken and articulate and the honesty that radiates from this man, he is a jewel. He has a purpose. He wants to explain his side of the story. I hope he goes on to have a happy existence on the outside. I think he deserves this after spending most of his life locked up. Hes a survivor, that much is clear.
Basically because there's a lot of people, a LOT of people who don't believe in rehabilitation, don't want to believe in rehabilitation, they just want their bad guys to be monsters and get punished and go away. So when they see a guy who's done 40 years, they know it's something bad, they don't like that him talking about his horrific prison experience brings to light the reality that he is a human not a monster, and sending him to prison didn't make him disappear, it sent him into a hell hole. That's not to say he didn't deserve his punishment for murder (15 years in federal prison for possession... not so much), but hearing him talk about his time, they don't like that it makes it less black and white, so they hit google and try to tear the man down to make it go away again. It happens all the time.
As for why is he here defending himself instead of Joe just reading a statement, etc? honestly, because it's the best action for him against those haters - he gets to not only explain it, but keep himself visible and human.

Talking about Walpole prison and the time he did there. So what does that tell you right there? Obviously that guy did something terrible to his family , his mother at that. You know what Danny i believe you. This same thing happened to me sweet heart. My sons father threw acid on me and I attacked him in self defense. After he threw the acid on me he right away took his cell phone out to record me defending myself.
I went to get a restraining order on him because he threw acid on me and during the trial I ended up dropping the restraining order because I felt bad and did not want to ruin his life. I forgave him for hurting me. A year later we are fighting for custody of our child and I told him right outside the court room that if he fucks with me I’ll attack him right here in the court house. He recorded that statement.
He took the two recordings from the two different incidents and put them together and got a restraining order against me granted to him. When he LIED and said I attacked him and that I was the aggressor. I WAS DEFENDING MYSELF AGAINST HIM HE CONSTANTLY HURT ME AND THREW ACID ON ME AND BEAT ME HALF TO DEATH ALL THE TIME AND THE JUDGE GRANTED HIM A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAISNT ME FOR DEFEDNING MYSELF AND HE TOOK MY SON FROM ME!!!!!!!!!

I use to be a Corrections Officer for The State of Virginia I heard a lot of similar stories from convicts as well as other Officers. People do snap over these issues, you have a level head, that's good. Virginia is a funny state, it's a Common Wealth so here's something for one for you, there's an adultery law on the books of Virginia . You could file a Criminal Charges on this guy for adultery and The State of Virginia's Law Enforcement has to act on that charge. Example..( Parents didn't like a guy their daughter was dating and she ended up living with him, so they filed a sexual charge on him and he ended up doing five years on-top of a shoplifting charge)...... Go to The Magistrate and see, adultery is a crime and especially if they aren't married because Virginia isn't for lovers it's for married people and a lot of people get this charge stacked on top of other charges. Be patient, I know it's tough but you paid your debt to society. My hats off to you; good-luck.

As somebody who's done time, its easy to spot guys like this who have had 15+yrs behind bars to get really good at telling these little stories... Usually to young naive kids new to prison who don't know any better.
