Oh yeah, it's time for my greatest creation. I've set up an ult-ult-ult ultra combo for fat burning and muscle building all in one.
Today I'm going to take you through what some are saying the hardest workout ever. This specialized combination of exercises will melt your fat and give you the ultimate muscle pump. This workout will definitively put some ripped muscle on you and get you an athletic look that women will drool over. :)
Video Breakdown:
** One rep of this exercise is a combination of these 5 exercise done back to back fluidly without rest.
**5 rounds total: 60 seconds on /15 seconds rest
One rep = Burpee to jumping knee tuck to a pike into a knee to elbow then to a forward and back jump squat.

I know what is like to train this sort of stuff. I die with burpees and the plyometrics. I am stoked to have seen this 5 round workout. Great to get new ideas!!! I love how you did the rounds rather than talk about doing them. It makes me respect you more to see you sweat and suffer. :)

I do this exercise at the end of each workout day. After few weeks I can do 5 reps but I am completly exhausted... This is body-killing shit!

Been doing this for 25 days. I could only do 1-2 rounds for the first week. Now I can go up to 5. Combined it with a low carb diet and some cycling and I already lost 7,5 Kg (16,8 pounds). i was 98Kg when I started. Now I'm 90,5 and I am feeling good! I'm trying to get to 82Kg!

I remembered doing this the very first time back in my senior year 2012. I completed the workout with you Mike and I just couldnt forget that moment. Just one of the bests. Really glad this helped me in the past to lose weight also. This video in itself showed pure passion and Im sure viewers just focused on the bell when it rang during the workout.

um it doesn't matter how small or big.......... your body has the muscle or wil build the muscle that is required to handle your body weight, if you work at it, Plus like I said on my previous comments I did the chest workout and the abs workout before doing this vid which means my body was already tired and I made it to four rounds on this vid and that's pretty good for anybody, and there's 13 year olds that weigh more then me lol

This is a great exercise! I did 5 rounds and it got me sweatin' my ass! I'll try doing more sometimes. I recommend this for people who want to burn fat more efficiently and much quicker.

bro I tried my best could only do two reps after five sets, but I also did your home chest workout and insane abs workout before doing this and it hurt, so I was already decently tired lol. I do about three of your videos every time I work out at home if I'm not using my home weights that is.
but it affects a lot if you do this everyday for 3 weeks you loose 20lb
and how many times per day ? and respect every day same hour or practice ? or not important. ?

I did this every week day for a few months, this was about 5 years ago. I felt so much better for it I was much more limber and agile than my standard weight training aches and pains so I’m gonna try incorporate this in again!

Awesome cardio with upper/lower body workout. Did 5 rounds with 30 sec rest in between. Will try to lower it.

I'm 13 and a quite good acro gymnast and we do stuff like this for 30 min almost everyday and due to these intense reps nearly everyday I'm quite happy to say I've become one of the fittest at my gymnastics and all my coaches are pleased with the fact that I can condition longer than most of the people in my group( p.s. they are all 13-24 years old,) and there is only one guy who can condition longer than me and he is 22 and INSANELY fit. Thank You so much!!! :D this video changed my life.

I know that this video was posted awhile ago so I'm guessing I probably I won't get an answer, but Mike, would you consider this a HIIT workout? Since it is not recommended to do HIIT on back to back days, I want to make sure I don't do this on a day I do not do HIIT.
