What's up man,
This is Mike with sixpackshortcuts and today I'm going to take you through our one min cardio workout. This workout will burn off every bit of fat on your body and get you killer ripped abs that you've wanted for so long. This could possibly be the hardest workout I've ever done. So see if you could beat my 10 round and by doing as many rounds as possible...and check out which one of my friends doesn't make it.

Workout routine:
*10 rounds, with 15 second between each round.
*Complete one rep of each and repeat for one min to complete one round.
Burpee
Mountain climbers
Jumping lunges

That has to be the longest minute ever and the shortest 15 seconds ever when doing those.
***** I know, I'm saying that when you are doing the exercises, that minute feels like an hour and the 15 second cool down must feel like 2 seconds.
This is good for the morning , when you have a light breakfast, a liter of water and you're good to go.
Al Martinez do this BEFORE your breakfast, eat a high protein breakfast (eggs, 3 whites per yolk) and then the protein isnt burned, its used for building..

First time i did this 10 years ago, i almost fainted after 5 reps. My body finally got used to it after a week. This being the only physical activity i did everyday and still eating anything i wanted, i still lost an easy 10kgs. This workout goes hard.

I was doing this workout when I was 14 and just started working out. I've been changing a lot and I started taking fitness very serious again. I thought I'd do this workout again as a new start lol. Weirdest memory but god this got me nostalgic!

Yall know why im back here? When i first started watching this man, i was 175 ibs. I was a senior in hs. And started working out along with cheng and sps team and went down to 135 ibs. I got muscle on my chest and arms. I cant thank this man enough. I still workout to his videos feeling great as ever. Hes the reason i shaped my body. I owe him . idk how to thank him

There are some but very ineffective, the cardio exercises that make you jump are the best for losing fat
Yes, front & side planks, lying leg raises & bicycle (abs), standing & twist until left knee touches right elbow & repeat other side, medicine ball lunges with torso twist, medicine ball situps with knees bent while pressing ball overhead, do maximum pushups then turn over & do 20-30 situps & repeat for 30+ minutes, shadow boxing = punches with kicks while looking in mirror. I try to avoid jumping cuz of knee arthritis. Good luck!

Watching this in 2024 is crazy. I remember watching this 10 years ago. At the time I was a teenager with a crazy drug addiction. I wanted to to lose weight and get off drugs and found myself in front of this video and many other sps videos of Mikes. In 6 weeks I had abs thanks to this channel and Mike, I’m forever blessed to have been through that experience. Thank you 🙏🏾

I'm a relatively thin-ish guy who gained a few pounds that I'm not happy with gaining and I used to work out years ago, but getting into my 3rd year of College (I was 20 at the time) I stopped working out due to full time work and school and also due to laziness I won't lie. Now I'm 23 and I am getting back into exercising and working out and I did this workout, but I only (embarrassingly) got to the 3rd round before I was out of breath and my legs gave out on me. This motivates me to go all the way to 10! Thanks SPS (mostly Mike Chang) for motivating me to work out again!

I've found this work out a few years ago and I always use it when I wanna go fit fast, it's amazing. I don't even do the full ten rounds, six or seven rounds is enough I find. Also another Mike video of five minutes flex friday, very efficient.

I enjoyed everyone's enthusiasm at the end of Round 1. Which is why I found it hilarious when I skipped to the beginning of Round 8.
Finally starting to workout again after my surgery so I can join the Navy. Used to be able to hang around for at least 7 rounds but I burnt out after the first. Kept moving until the end of the video though, glad this video is still up after all of these years
after about a week and a half of working out I've lost about 5 pounds (excluding water weight [which would be another 2]) still moving mindlessly through the movements but making a little stride in stamina.
if it wasn't for this workout I would still be a 122 kg young man at 5'5 but 2 years after I'm at 73kg and lean. This workout never gets old even though I do boxing now, this workout is still a part of my regimen. Thanks Mike!!.

I did this everyday for 2 months all of summer in 2018 and went from 205 to 173... coming back to this years later at 176 giving this a shot again.

My heartbeats before this cardio was 80 beats per min. After five exhausting rounds they were 176 beats per min. What an incredible workout it is!!!

Cooltown Cardinal Ikr.... to be honest, I got a fever after i tried this.... Because it was intense. It sounds weird but it happens when you overdo the workout (like I did) and your muscle tears

Wow great workout, was my first time trying it out. I did a lot better than I thought I'd do actually. The first two rounds I struggled and had to take it a bit slower. I have a heart condition and I'm on beta blocker medication, so it takes a little longer for my heart to adjust and get up to a faster BPM. I have to be careful. Once it's up there though (by round 3 and 4) I felt really good and was able to keep up for the entire 10 rounds. I didn't go further to see how many I could do, but did a bit of my own cardio after that and a short kettlebell ab routine.
I'm definitely going to throw this routine in there every now and again when I'm strapped for time and need to get a good sweat. Thanks for sharing.
