I learned police have NO obligation to investigate! So, even as the wrongfully accused it is in your hands to ensure that you collect all evidence to defend yourself. HIGHLY recommend taking Veronica's seminar!

    Thank you Veronica!!!!!
    I won my OFP case!!!!
    All false allegations.
The guardian ad litem met with me and spoke to the prosecuting attorney and they dropped the charges!!!
    Thank you soooo much.
I will get my daughter back after I do supervised visits with the guardian ad litem and my daughter. I have to do this because my X said that my daughter was afraid of me. (Which she is not)
Can't wait to see my daughter again. So far it's been 78 days!!!
I miss that little sweetheart so much and I'm sure she misses me too.
Love and hugs from me and my 5 year old daughter Emily.

I’m sorry. Good luck. I haven’t saw my sons or pets in 25 days.

I have been accused of criminal coercion on the TOR. She said the I kept calling her to rekindle the relationship but she said no and that I threatened to send a video of her assaulting me to the police so she won’t get hired. But it’s not true.

Why would you defend somebody like that? Well lets talk about that. Everybody has a right to tell their side of the story. If you can't defend a guilty person you can't defend an innocent person. Some people are just to simple minded to get that till they need help. Wake the fuck up people.

Does your info cover the state of Kansas also. I know you are in California. But does the basis of your info translate to other states?

I really don't know, especially about contacting the DA's office before court. I went to law school in Illinois and worked in criminal law there, but I am only licensed in California. A lot of what I talk about on this channel, like catching liars, preserving evidence, and testifying, applies in Illinois (although, as a disclaimer to avoid any problems, this is not legal advice and I'm not an IL lawyer either) and probably applies to most states, but you definitely don't want to rely on information that may not apply to you.
But getting the DA to drop charges, etc. is very likely state or even county-specific. There might be some places where they file charges for every single person who is arrested, or where they don't review information that your lawyer presents when considering whether to file. CA is a busy place full of actual criminals, so they must pick their battles, especially in LA. I practice throughout the state, and even the more rural counties in CA are different that LA procedurally.
I hope that at least this gives you at least a basis of some questions to ask local lawyers, though.
