Thank you so much for this video! My arms are super sore from climbing but I really wanted to work my abs and this did the job! Super great since I'm still dealing with soreness in other parts of my body, but great for feeling like I did work my abs. Plus, your commentary is super helpful; not obnoxious at all and in fact it helps a lot! Like when you said "open your chest", I did and then I suddenly felt the abs being engaged. You're amazing! Definitely got a fan!

Fantastic! A no-wrists playlist is just so helpful, as I'm recovering with a broken finger injury - will take months of rehab. Your workouts are perfect and enable me to get some cardio as well as core/strength (many people don't realise that running is not recommended when you have broken bone hand injuries trying to heal!). Amazing! I actually have elbow ulna nerve issues so this was still suitable for me. I know how to adapt most things but it's just nice to do a workout and not have to 'translate' for no arm impact. Thank you so much. More, please.

This workout is on point for all of the Things. Good demos, countdown clock, non-intrusive background music and instructor who (arguably) finds some of it challenging! My broken wrist and I say 🙏!

Thank you so much for this!! My right wrist is very weak and any time there's too much pressure on it (even with wrist band support), it ends up getting strained and requires many days of rest. Also, most of these are good for an injured foot as well! Maybe you can make another video adding that as a label too

This was great. Abs are burning
I'd love to have ab workouts like this with no wrists but without so much hip flexor. Honestly, this workout to me was a lot of one note for abs instead of full core
i have a gene defect where i get arthritis more easily than normal. i have days where i want to work out, but too much wrist strain can really hurt the whole day. now with corona gyms are closed and most home workouts are very wrist based (like cloe ting wtf xD). thank you very much for this no wrist workout series. as a moderate fit young person who likes lifting, getting arthritis from time to time is very annoying and embarassing, because it interferes with daily tasks
