  • Discover why this innovative approach to treating heart disease is believed to be the future of medicine. No matter how sick the patient is, Dr. Baxter Montgomery feels there is a very good chance they will be able to improve.
His confidence comes from years of treating critically ill patients as a world renown cardiologist in Texas. It also comes from his own experience turning his poor health around.
Dr. Montgomery shares the revolutionary treatment approach on the docuseries Heart and Soul of a Champion. The first season follows NFL legends throughout the course of their treatment, including Hall of Fame inductee Darrell Green. But the most profound case featured is that of an average joe whose heart was failing and struggling to pump at 10% efficiency. Yet, he too is on the road to recovery now when other doctors had written him off completely.
Dr. Montgomery joins "The Weight Loss Champion" Chuck Carroll to talk about treating and preventing heart disease like never before and the groundbreaking docuseries Heart and Soul of a Champion on The Exam Room Podcast.
Dr. Montgomery will also be speaking at the Fairfax VegFest in Herndon, VA on April 23.

Can severe aortic stenosis be reversed? I am on a strict whole food plant based food plan recommended by Dr. Fuhrman. Since going on this plan, I am now walking at least 2 to 2.5 miles a day. I have joined a gym and am also working out everyday. My blood pressure is starting to normalize. My equilibrium is coming back. I don’t get dizzy anymore. I eat 3/4 raw and 1/4 lightly steamed.

Try to do a second opinion, because sometimes the diagnosis is Nigeria could be funky. But try and start a plant-based diet, cut off red meat and all those assorted. I know this is hard in Nigeria kind of, but you can do it. More Grace from God to you.

Well you need to address how often someone will eat fry potatoes , and bake potatoes, eating these food become a problem, when people don't eat responsible, that is what you need to talk about, if you eat fry food every day you will get health issues, eating one time per week and add the other healthy food to it will not be detrimental to your life, teach people to eat, but eat in sense of living life healthy, remember everybody don't have what the HAVES GOT AND THE HAVE NOT DON'T HAVE, they just have to live on what their money can afford their daily living so do a show on that topic, I would like to hear the Dr address that topic.

@@orangemoonglows2692 Anything “could” be offensive if one chooses to be offended, but is it justified in this case? Absolutely not. You really think the host who obviously respects and admires the guest went out of his way to slip in an offensive term in an otherwise professional and cordial interview? Or are you just too quick to find anything online to be outraged about just so you can fuel your own self-importance? Stop it.
