Relieve some stress by exploring some of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Helsinki, Finland from the bird's-eye perspective of a drone.
Today's flight is above Herttoniemi (Hertonäs in Swedish), which is a cozy neighborhood close to the city center but still with a lot of nature. We'll begin by exploring the Herttoniemi Mansion (1810s), and its garden, which is one of the finest in the country as a mix between a regular Baroque garden and an English-style park. In this garden, you can also find the thickest pear tree and the thickest Dahurian leaf spruce in Finland.
Our flight will take us to the beach as we approach Herttoniemenranta, the southernmost part of the neighborhood, where we'll enjoy the view of some of the most beautiful buildings and the marina. After a brief look at the kindergarten and the sand field, we'll move towards the subway station and the newest buildings, still under construction - I'm sure you'll love the views from the highest apartments!
As we continue towards the older areas of the neighborhood, we'll visit the primary and secondary schools, the local church, and a true hidden gem: the ski jumping ramps. We'll say goodbye overlooking the full-bloom apple trees of the cabin allotments and taking a final look at the westmost buildings - a great place for jogging!/

Agree! I live in Länsi-Herttoniemi and would have loved to see more of the contrast in houses compared to the Southern part of Herttoniemi as well as the foresty parts that connect to Viikki
