@@douglastibbitts364 Those people who forced their way into the Capitol were idiots who disobeyed Trump. And those who injured cops and destroyed/stole property should be prosecuted. Those who were allowed in by police (and escorted around) on the other side of the complex shouldn’t be prosecuted.
But the sentencing has gone way overboard. And the solitary confinements and preventing legal representation is despicable. Many weren’t even present at the Capitol or even in DC at all!!!
Meanwhile, the insurrectionists who stormed and literally laid siege to government buildings in Portland (and those who set fire to police buildings with officers trapped inside) were released the same day. Most had all their charges dropped.
Try to convince me there isn’t a 2-tiered justice system.
