It couldn't be because Palestinians have been backed into a corner at every opportunity by they occupiers, leaving them with one bad option as their only means of resistance. One that, to clarify, hasn't left power in Gaza since 2006 --- there hasn't been a free and open election in the last 18 years. It also couldn't be possible that most Palestinians didn't participate in the attack on October 7th. *_No._*
Who takes a 1 yo baby (Kfir Bibas) to Gaza as hostage?

*Wow, so many likes and comments, but nobody understood why I wrote it. The reason I emphasized her Arab/Muslim origin was to make people see that the Jews are being attacked and blamed mainly by Muslims and their supporters just for being Jews. I guess that Nadia and other pro Palestinians would never protest against Muslim countries or their citizens in which people are really getting murdered on purpose, not as casualties as happens in Gaza, but on purpose, such as in Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan etc. Their own Muslim leaders have murdered their own citizens! But it's easy to protest against Jews, who have only one Jewish country, and who are threatened daily for the past 100 years in Israel with terror attacks. Read some history!
the interviewer is egregiously biased, asking the jewish student how he feels, what he would need to feel safe, what his reaction is, etc. more than Nadia was asked

i have a very simple question to those pro palestine protestors. The conflict in Syria has made 350000 death, 8.5 million external displaced and another 5 million internal displaced. This is huge, compared to the conflict in Gaza which made, according to Hamas, 30000 death, and 1.5 million internal displaced. WHERE WERE YOU WHEN IT HAPPENED ?
Where, where! It’s because it’s happened in Jewish state????
The answer to this I saw in a meme on Facebook: No Jews, No News. In other words, people don't care about Muslim vs Muslim genocide. Only in the Middle East where there are Jewish people. (Antisemitism!)
The answer is simple ,because the conflict in Syria is a civil war ,unlike the ongoing occupation and apartheid that is going on since 1948 inflicted by Israel and its allies
Does the US support Bashar al Assad? Does the US support Natenyahu? If you figure these two questions out you may finally learn why your question holds no water.

Nadia is right that the main message has been blurred. Most protesters probably want a ceasefire and aid to Gaza, but sadly I see alot of flags there calling for Revolution against Israel, which means more violence. Also the "From the river to the sea" message is a very provocative and divisive slogan, not at all peaceful.
"From The River To The Sea" means that Palestinians should be free from the river to the sea. Which is how it should be?
Let's be real, most of these students support Hamas. Why do they not call for the release of the hostages as well as aid to Gaza. Shows where their priority lies, and it's not with protecting Jewish people from violence and hatred.
I respect that you understand "From the river to the sea" the way you do. Still, every person who says that phrase assigns their own different meanings, and I respect that too. Many who use it wish the best for all people. There is a very wide diversity of meanings that people assign to it. The situation is complex.

Israel is a state party to numerous international human rights treaties and, as the occupying power, it has well defined obligations to respect, protect and fulfil the human rights of Palestinians.
However, as has been well documented for many years by the UN, Amnesty International and other NGOs, Israel’s settlement policy is one of the main driving forces behind the mass human rights violations resulting from the occupation. These include:
Violations of the right to life,
Violations of the rights to liberty, security of the person and equal treatment before the law,
Violations of the right to access an effective remedy for acts violating fundamental rights
Violations of the rights to freedom of expression and peaceful assembly
Violations of the rights to equality and non-discrimination
Violations of the right to adequate housing:
Violations of the right to freedom of movement
Violations of the rights of the child
Violations of the right to enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health
Violations of the right to water
Violations of the right to education
Violations of the right to earn a decent living through work:
