I never knew I needed to know how long a person can survive after being eaten by a trex until now.
How do we know for sure though if it has never happened. Nobody knows the real answer, but I like to imagine that they are pretty spot on.
The T-Rex should worry more about me. Ever since the old Flintstones cartoon, I have wanted a rack of ribs big enough to tip over a car. I've also heard that their genetics makes them relatives of the chicken, another tasty critter.
Same lol you could fry your tiny arm then eat it
For the laying in bed: you forgot one thing, pulmonary embolisms. You can die in minutes from it, from laying down for a long time depending on your body and heart and blood. Maybe 1 or more days from laying down and barely moving. A blood clot will form where you are laying down on and not moving, then it can get dislodged, goes up into your heart and blocks the artery between your heart and lungs, killing you very quickly without immediate medical help. I.E a heart attack from laying down due to blood clots

Don't do that. It's full of mistakes. Venus does not have an average temperature of 9000F, for instance. It's actually less than one-tenth of that. Still hotter than an oven, but you wouldn't be instantly vaporized, so don't go around quoting any of these so-called "facts".
I have an 8 year old son and I think it would be cool if the schools Incorporated the infographics show into the lesson somehow...đ€đ»

There is nothing special about the event horizon of a black hole, itâs just a distance marker. The event horizon has no gravity, itâs simply as close as you can get and still (theoretically) escape back to the universe. You never âhitâ an event horizon. You would appear frozen to observers outside, that part and the spaghettification are correct, but your image would slowly turn redder and redder as it faded due to redshift caused by the intense gravity of the black hole.
In reality youâd probably never get near the event horizon due to the churn of matter orbiting at velocities approaching the speed of light and being reduced to ionizing radiation and intense heat (weâre talking millions of degrees).
Yup, the event horizon is an imaginary line. Physically it doesn't exist.
No, that's like saying the border between Mexico and America is fake!!! What kind of devil worship is this? Blasphemers!
@@gunclemac2729 Are you joking or something? First of all, black holes are not even close to anything like borders. And no one said anything about worshipping demons.

The average temperature on Venus is 864 degrees Fahrenheit (462 degrees Celsius). Temperature changes slightly traveling through the atmosphere, growing cooler farther away from the surface. Lead would melt on the surface of the planet, where the temperature is around 872 F (467 C).
I was actually about to mention that, cause I did a project on venus in middle school 14 years ago, but since science was always my best subject that information was something i remembered
they probably already know this like you actually think youâre letting this channel know something they already donât?
@@allusiv they said it's in the thousands
For that matter you wouldn't freeze to death on pluto, you would die from lack of oxygen far faster. the lack of atmosphere means you only lose heat through ground contact and from infrared radiation. The result is that if you were dropped smack dab in the middle of space far away from any stars whatsoever that it would still take 12 hours to freeze to death if air wasn't a problem. It would be faster than 12 hours on pluto due to heat traveling from your boots into the ground, but you would still asphyxiate first. This whole video is full of information errors.
So if you went up high enough you'd probably be fine as long as you had air since the temperature and pressure would be relatively normal.
Venus surface température is about 471 celcius, or 880 Fahrenheit
Yup, hot enough to melt lead.
But not hot enough to instantly incinerate you. They only multiplied the actual figure by about a factor of 11.
" Don't visit " wow what a great advice I would never think of not going there if it wasn't for that man
This video was extremely interesting, very good! :)
I think you may have added an extra place value on the average temperature on Venus. The average temperature is just under 900 degrees F.
That's 480 C, for the Metric.

Pluto: Don't pick on me đą
Awwww, of COURSE not little buddy :3
One thing wrong in your Black Hole piece. Spaghettification would only happen if the black hole is smaller than you, if the black hole was larger than a person then spaghettification would not apply
5:17 you may have forgotten about the Doppler effect coming into play as well. Light coming in would be blueshifted to the point that Cosmic Background Radiation could fry you, and long before disappearing, you would be redshifted out of existence in seconds to an outside observer.
I kinda like this animation style better than your past videos. Keep up the good work!

Kudos to the animation of fire on Pluto.
Spagettification doesn't always happen before crossing the event horizon. In fact, for larger black holes, like Sagittarius A*, you might not even realize you had crossed the event horizon as the tidal forces don't get rough until later.
Some scenarios regarding survival shown here are interesting to know.
It is possible to survive skydiving without a parachute that works, it has happened, you can theoretically survive terminal velocity you can lose 4 years after Free Falling with no parachute

Black Hole Gravity: Am I a joke to you?
I thought I had a problem with my headphones since I usually just listen to the videos. Good way to get me to watch parts over and over I guess while I figured it out
With your black hole one, you should mention that the one you described was a stellar mass black hole. A supermassive black hole you'd be able to cruise on past the event horizon maybe enter the black hole itself. Ironically the larger the black hole the closer you'd need to be. There's debate on whether you'd actually be able to enter a black hole or be instantly incinerated, But there is a difference.
Iâm confused on how people even get information like this like do ik for a fact no ones test it out so how would we know
Information I didn't know I wanted to know. That's Infographic.
I guess that the Infographics Show team should contract more people to make his team grow. Not only for money, but also to make the videos of complex topics and animations that maybe most of us like and love. I dont like that fact that now most of the complex videos on this channel. Like the guy of the challenges, and also the similar and complex animations are rare now. Just because with the lack of animators on their team, more with 10 million subscribers. Now theiy are using most of their resources on the SCP channel. And i can say that with these facts, now they cant make the complex topics and animations that we love.
Who else have learnt a lot more from this channel than in school
I actually watched this fascinating video that explained that, while most physicists don't *think* this is the case, it *is* possible that the *entire* universe is inside a truly colossal superlative black hole like the ones believed to be at the center of galaxies. This is because the law of physics indicate that after everything inside is squeezed down to a certain minimum size, the would be an explosive expansion until gravity once again shrunk things down. This explosive expansion *could* be the Big Bang.
But as graqity increases that energy makes anything hotter.. that meanstime accelerates indirectly
graqity
See, I just learned more about black hole physics than I did in all 3 years of high school.
Can you do the detect of independent pls
Jumping out of a plane it takes about 10 seconds to fall the first 1000ft, and then 5 seconds for every 1000 after that. Therefore from 10,000 ft it's 55 seconds from exit to impact (average), in the normal flat fly freefall position.
That's crazy

Answering all life's big questions
So crazy to be falling for 40 seconds just waiting to splat.
One of the most tragic things I ever saw was a guy who was livestreaming his skydive, and sure enough, both chutes failed. For 30 agonizing seconds he just flailed and panicked, before finally screaming "Oh god...um...BYE" before impact.
He survived, miraculously, but when asked, he said that the entire time he was struggling to say his final words to his loved ones, but "bye" was the only thing he could manage to get out. His mind was just in complete chaos.
Some have heart attacks and die way before splatting.

Neat
The average temp of Venus is 900 not 9000. That would make it hotter than the sun
Youâre wrong, actually. The hottest temperature ever recorded on the sun in 27,000,000 degrees farenheit. The average temperature is about 10,000 degrees. Mars wouldnât be hotter than the sun even if it was 9,000 degrees.
This show has taught me so much google has taught me nowhere near this amount of information
Go Google the average temperature on Venus and get back to me.
I am 52 years old and I have learned more watching these, than what i learned in school.
Ong this teaches me something useful unlike school
For Black holes, it actually depends on the size.
For Ultramassive Black holes, assuming you had enough air/food/water, you could survive a while without the spaghtification.
I confidently stand by the term âspaghettificationâ
Well, that IS the actual scientific term - but, yeah, stand wherever you want, itâs cool.

Now I know where Mr. Fantastic got his stretchy powers
Would you fall tell you hit something or Would you just fall until the bouncy caused by gas density matches gravity and you float like on water
The skydiving one is incorrect, the average jump height is 13,500 feet and after the initial 1000 feet where you are reaching terminal velocity, you would fall 1000 feet approximately every 5 seconds. the average free fall time for a normal jump is 60 seconds when you jump at 13,500 and pull your parachute at 5,500.
