I joined cognizant as a fresher in June 2022. I was allocated to a project in August and due to recession I didn't get client side credentials and now the project is going to get ended and I have been given access to TMP to find other opportunities. There are no projects available to apply right now.
Do you think it's risky for me to stay on the bench for longer even though there are no projects?
In Majority of the service based companies, this is like a common problem going on currently. So try to get project as soon as possible, if not no other choice hope for the best on bench
