Bro, what you mentioned will only happen in IT sector ( because profit margin is high) . All the other sectors like BPO, Medicare, BPM, Operations are real shit in Accenture. I've worked in diff sector within Accenture. Only few deals are good and most of the deals pay 15k for fresher's and 25k after 2 years.

BPO pays shit in comparison to other IT jobs pretty much everywhere...anyone working in BPO should aim to move out of BPO as soon as possible

They are late in giving offers. No work from home, based on project you will end up relocating to another city like Chennai, they are quick to put employees on PIP and push them out of company. Better choose some other company for better working experience and peace of mind

There is one female who earns 50+ in hand having only 1.5 yrs development experience. Moreover, females can get hike from 4LPA to 9LPA without updating their skills. I worked in accenture for 4 years. Variable is a joke. Managers will say you have not done any innovation and you will get penny variables. After that I left accenture and now my salary is 3 times the accenture.

WFH option is not given permanently to anyone in any project as of July 22 in Accenture... Infact one might not get through interview if asked for permanent WFH. Salary hike depend upon your skills, performance, market correction etc. There is no bond for employees. Growth is purely based on performance in your current role, if you possess skills for the next role and also if there is an open requirement when you are on ready now.
