What is your highest education?
If it is Bsc-IT, BCA or BCS then starting package you will get as 2.8 LPA.
If you are an Engineering Graduate then you will get around 3.6 LPA
I am CL9 right now. Waiting for CL8 with 10 years of experience
Don't wait. Switch to some other company and return after 2 years at level 7. It's a short cut.
