In Todays video I have shared information on In Hand Salary like how to calculate your in hand salary by looking into your compensation breakup hope it helps to you all to know your salary before getting it in your hand, also I have shared knowledge on Local variable Bonus how you will get it in Accenture. Are we really going to receive amount for miscellaneous allowance monthly basis? As below that excel its mentioned 'Reimbursements not availed off can be cashed under the head "Miscellaneous Allowance".'

11:24 hi Mam. If the employer contribution of PF is in our Fixed how will we claim retur on it, it's a pf contribution from our salary and we cannot claim the employer contribution

LTA in component salary breakup as mentioned in monthy column can be claimed in monthly salary if so then how ?
you need to ask your HR if they have option to release monthly then they will release as per there policy that info you will get it from your HR only
LTA can be claimed on monthly basis as well subject to taxable component..
If you get in a year then non taxable
It should be twice in four years as per the rules

Hi.. Hope you are doing well. I have got an offer from Accenture in mangmnt level 9. The excel sheet with basic, hra details is blank asking it will be filled by employee. Is it something we need to fill in?? Please help.

Is it mamdatory to provide the provisional or original degree certificate, to get job in accenture? I just graduated in 2021, and it takes for about an year to provide us the dregree certificate. I consulted to my older batches of my college even they have not recieved it yet.
You can upload PDC till you get the actual degree certificate
In my case on compensation flexi they haven't mentioned basic salary and other components is also 0 only they have mentioned ex-gratia= fixed compensation

You should get your doj along with your offer letter, if not you have to follow up with them regularly to get your DOJ
Apart from LTA, there's 3333 reimbursements. Idk what that's for. But is that included in in-hand salary?
Just check 3333 you might be getting in your monthly salary, if yes then just submit the invoices to avoid tax deduction

It depends on the employee if you want monthly there might be an option where you tax will get deducted and you will get the amount just check out internally

Gratuity you will get once in 5 years and insurance we have many which insurance you are talking about . If you are talking about medical that you will get in company itself

Full you will get it but second month the tax will get deducted for that 1Lakh as per your tax slab

Employer and employee pf will get deducted from employee CTC but if your company is not deducting from your cTc then it's good for you
My date of joining was 13th jan and In my CTC Miscellaneous Allowance amount attribute is mentioned but i did not get it in the jan month salary
LTA you won't be getting but miscellaneous If you are not getting then confirm from HR it may get it monthly or yearly for you
