Mam how many days document verification takes place in private company
I have more than 15 years exp and always cleared background checks. But in last company they said that the degree is no longer valid although it was valid that time so what should i do if university refused to do marksheet verification and said the reason being the student has pursued education from colleges that are not affiliated currently. I did RTI and then got this reason from university as above that since I pursued from former institutions that are not affiliated anymore they are not doing or in position to verify marksheet. I was asked to resign of not clearing bsckground check although it is not my fault.
Mam i have entered my btech cgpa as 8.01 in resume and in registration form of accenture whereas my original cgpa is 8.04.will this effect on my background verification.please reply maam

When I applied in Accenture for ASE role I was a MTech fresher. During the recruitment process of almost 3 months I cleared all the rounds and now I will receive the Task mail. But recently 10 days ago I joined a company having contract of 2 years but I want to leave this company and join Accenture. Should I mention my current employment? My current company will create a new UAN also for me.
You have not mentioned a lot potential information in your question - For Ex: it's been how many days you joined this company with 2 years bond? Have you received any salary from this company yet? I am sure there must be some monetary part which you've to pay if you're breaching the bond (if company has this provision) - if you're fine with it, then definitely you can leave this company & join Accenture. And also you should mention that I was working in so & so company & your reason for leaving while interviewing with Accenture. Its not a big deal as long as you are true to your provided details. But if your UAN gets created by the company, then DO NOT exclude this company from your work history, as anyways it will pop-up in your EPFO account.

My friend worked in 3 yrs in a small company and joined in MNC and completed 10 yrs in it.... Now he is looking for change and his problem is that 3 yrs worked small company is closed now. I have proper offer, releiving letter ..and now i got another company offer i stated them as 2 years experience by neglecting that bpo experience would that be an impact on bgv ..or they will check only the relevanc experience?

Madam please help ....I am having problem in UAN ........First I joined 'A' company in 12th August 2018 , it was a small company & no PF ....I not had more work .....in between after 2 months that is 16th October 2018 , I joined a small company ' B ' just to do part time work - bcoz work was less ......& I informed this to Company 'A' & I worked both in Company A & company B as parttime.....but this company 'B' had PF & they created my UAN ....but after some time in February 2019 , I left company 'B' due to some office issues & I not got any relieve or experience letter .....then I continued my work in Company 'A' as usual .....I left this company 'A' in March 2023 ......& now I am joining a new big MNC .....these both companies A & B overlap for some months & it's kind of dual job which I was not aware of .......But my company 'A' has no PF , but company 'B' had PF & created my UAN.....I not mentioned company 'B' details in resume bcoz it was just for 4 months & I not got relieve or experience letter of company B......Will this be a problem in background verification when I am joining new big MNC ?? Dear mam, if I had a verbal fight/ego fight with my previous manager and joined another company with proper relieving letter from previous company can he still harm my reputation/defame me in the eyes of next employer during reference check/background verification? Relationship with manager is not good.Is there any legal remedy for this? Previous and next both companies are IT MNC's

Do they ask contact reference of all the companies we ever worked in the past?
When I joined my current company, which is an IT firm but not MNC, I submitted contacts of only last two companies out of 6 companies I worked so far. And the verification was successful bcz I provided geniune data on joining, designation, and departure. However when it comes to Accenture, Deloitte and other such tech giants, will they ask references of all the 6 or 7 companies or only last two companies?
I'm asking this bcz I often fake my duration details and also merge experiences to hide frequent switches so will it even matter? Please help

I got my DOJ details from accenture and yesterday i received a mail that my Background verification is on hold and said to provide permanent and current address exact details. I have provided both current and permanent address details same as my permanent address details as we stayed at our permanent address but now in the touch point link i have provided my courier address details as my current address as we shifted to a rent house temporarily due to construction.
What to do now? Will that effect my offer and Date of joining

Mine 1st employer terminated me with no rehire,
They gave me both Resignation Acceptance Letter , termination Letter and normal Releiving Letter.
so every single time when I go for a new employer there is red flag raised because of 1st employer.
I tried to hide my 1st employer but my UAN is linked to it , so cant even Hide that nor can show.

I cleared all interview of one of the big company. But my current company is in blocked list of them . Hr is saying we need to hide your last employer. If I do so what is the impact in long-term? In my next switch will they verify how many years I shown in last company or the resume I shared ?

1. If we 1st but didn't appeared for test then again after 5 months if we got selected in infosys is there any chance of rejection
2. If we done nsr registration for infosys after if we got offer revoked because of 3 or 6 months cooling period criteria then while changing future employment in nsr is it mention the reason why the company revoke offer is there any remarks in our nsr profile
3. If we join and got terminated because of this is nsr blocks us and do any remarks like this

Madam I have been booked under malpractice for carrying slip in my btech 1st year 1st sem exam and there is a malpractice remark( i.e, -2) mentioned in my memo beside that subject.Will there be any effect of this during placements and background verification?
It's a tricky situation, better to get some consultation with your college placement officer about this.

I have 3 years of experience in java development.
I want to switch to accenture, but one issue is there. Few months back I met an accident with a person in the road. That person filed a case in the police station... Case is yet not started in the court.
Can I mention I don't have any criminal case in my name and apply for the job?
