Currently iam in notice period.
My father name is present incorrectly in epfo protal and uan.
I already send joint declaration form for father name correction.dont know how much time it will take.
With in a month i have join new organization.will incorrect father name in epfo will create any problem in background verification.
Do IT company checks father name in epfo portal for background verification.
The answer is NO. BGV won’t fail just coz of PF records contradict. UAN is obtained to link with the PF account and not to cross-verify the history. The new company will just link your PF account with the help of a UAN number, no BGV is required. nothing will happen and already you have a declaration form for name correction.

Hi bro !!after graduation i worked for medicall billing compnay 8 months in which they deducts PF .. after that i got joined in IT as a fresher by absconding the medical billing company.. now i have 2 years experience in IT with proper relving letter and F&F settlement ..now i changed another company by showing them as 2years experience only although hided the medicall billing company in my resume as well since it is irrelevant feild ..whether they will check 2years only or they will check entire serivce history in bgv ?
Hmm, nothing will happen but safe side u can mention to hr that I was working in medical field due to financial issue for short term but they created a pf account, there was salary issue so left it.. that's it nothing will happen bro All The Best
Have a withdrawal FIR or diary (I am not sure about that) against me on e-fir website and police doesn't take any action against me because the complaint withdraw on mutual satisfaction before 3 days.

No, It will not affect your BGV, as FIR is not a judgment, if court provide a judgment that offence has been committed or not then it will affect. and as u told that FIR withdrawn, or matter is closed then all is good.
Or safer side (if u want) then u can also inform/ mention that one FIR was there, but matter is closed and its withdrawn.

I was working with FMCG brand till October 2023. Then I joined an MNC, but they completely changed my designation and work after 2 months of joining. So I started looking for new job. Now I am getting an offer, but I didn't show or tell the recent 4 months experience. But I told that in these 4 months I was working as freelance consultant for some companies. PF is created and money is deposited. The new company is small (100 employees).
Will they check service history via UAN?
Can I tell them I was working as external consultant for that company but it followed all procedures and deposited PF?
Or should I tell experience was not relevant, so I didn't mention in CV and interviews?
Please help.
U can say experience was not related but my pf was created... that's it bro nothing will happen but be ready with the ans like why u joined that company if it was not related... can say due to financial issue I had to join that.
and what if your company ask you about your UAN no (your PF account ) .how you will handle this ? do they ask about it while joining .or just experience letter is enough . i m in the similar situation have aprx 3 year gap ..can anyone guide me here ?
All experience letters, payslips, offerletter etc. are enough, usually small companies not providing PF. For gap u can give valid reason and can join the company. All the best.

@@randomvideolibrary8728 UAN number will not provide any details of your roles & departments. It's only provide the employment history for pervious companies. If you not provide Uan number to new company, again they wil open a new epf account or create new Uan no. For u.

Yes, you can switch domain from BA to developer, for that u have to mention some experience, need to mention some project work in development. Suppose u have 3 years of exp. Then u can mention I joined as a BA worked 1year as a BA and from 2 years I m in development.
Roles they can't check, only designation they can check with ur offer letter or payslip.

FAke is not good thing and ye only 2month ka exp hai. so what u can do first to unse request kro ki reliving/exp letter de de kuch settlement krke. if that do not work then 2month ka gap dikha do and HR round me mention kro ki i have worked in a company for 2month due to so & so reason i left it. nothing will happen

Yes, its possible to get to knw join date exite date from epfo portal if PF account was created and amount deposited there. but it depend company to company checking service history from EPFO portal. All companies r not doing but yes they can get to knw if they want.

It's depends company to companies that how much deep they want to check. But normally in most of the company -
Start/End dates of employment. Job title. Full or part-time. all major things usually they will check.

Congrats on selection, on bgv side Nothing, since you are planning for government jobs it doesn't affect your bgv.
absconding is completely unethical way to leaving a organization but if u absconded make sure no company assets u have, any bond etc was not there. as ur joining in govt and there pervious employment history not required. they are hiring u as a fresher, nothing will happen. All The Best.
Do companies verify salary with previous company?
Less chances are there and it's depend on compny to company, small company will not hire any BGV agencies so they will cross verify all the documents. Mid and large company do hire BGV agency but can't ask directly salary to your pervious employers beacuse some companies do not divulge their salary details as they don’t want their competition to know the data. The verifying agency then has no choice except asking for other supporting documents. Like bank statements, form16 etc to get to knw about your salaries.
Bro..a false FIR was registered by the neighbour in my village,a case is still pending..so will it effect my BGV after selection?
I think no it will not effect, FIR is only a one sided version of a complainant. It is not a judgement of an court to the effect that offence has been committed by someone. Many compaints are false and the police may be misled into registering a FIR which they close later upon after investigation. But if u want u can talk to hr that a false fir is there just to inform.

Hi currently I'm working in TCS with 2.3 Years of experience.. I received offer as freelancer as full time employee.. Bcz this company is not there in India.. It's dubai company they don't have PF and taxes. In future If I switch to another MNC after few years and during background verification if they find that I don't have a PF UAN because I've been working for other country company as full time freelancer, could this cause any issues for me in future companies bgv? Actually they are in process of creating India legal entity.. Until it is created they said to work as freelancer but as full time employee.

If they will provide u all the valid documents like exp letter reliving letter fnf then it's OK. Every company will not crate Pf account. U can say same thing to hr I am working as a freelancer & can show all the documents. I don't think pf and all will be any issue. Still it's depend upon u if u r getting any better oprtunities in india then Dubai.

I have worked in small scale industry as a helper during my graduation and not as a professional way the company has deducted the pfs for the same so can u please tell me what to do because now present comapny is asking for relieving letter for the same but it was an small scale industry and not any kind of mnc company i have reached my previous supervisor he told we can't provide any relieving letter as you have worked here as a helper and no one can provide you relieving letter please help me what can i do next.the background verification team is including my work as my experience they have even deducted my pf which is the reason all these issue has been created

Bank statement kese check krte h BGv wale . Kisi ne edit kiya ho toh kese pata krte h bgv me ?
Editing bank statement is not a good idea, as they may ask u form 16 or form12B also for verification purpose and can match the details with statement can connect the bank also if they feel its fake.
I have 10 years of experience in non IT same company but i want to switch to IT domain..i have good technical knowledge but most of people asking 3 years experience in IT..
Yeah u can definitely switch. You have good technical knowledge then u can mention a project in ur resume with some technical skills whatever u have like c#, Java, .Net core, sql Azure etc.
Can say I have total 10 years of exp 3 years in development & 7 in support.

@@TheVijaym8787 There is no separate exp letter for development. Only one exp letter u will get from the company with current designation. U have to tell I joined with this designation but internally I switched the team to development and explain the project.

Yeah designation will be mention there.. like software or Sr software engg or QA engg..but that's not a issue u can still change. What designation u have and what technology u r going for?

No, it will not effect bgv, actually they will ask you a valid reason for gap, before the interview or offer letter.

Hello Sir, i joined a company and absconded after a month because of my parents health issue and joined a organisation which gave me work from home option. I can see their absconded company name in my UAN profile. Will that be an issue in future? Because i can see only my joining date
Yes this can be issue in future as exit date is not there.. so what u can do first talk to that company and try to settle the things, tell them please update the exit date.. if they r agree good take document also. Buy if they r not agree then u can also update exit date after some time around 2months..if u r also not able to update the exit date then need to connect with epfo support team they can help you.
And in future while switch the company u have to tell in hr round that I worked in a company due this reason I exited and pf is created that it's.

In my previous employment for a company, I have worked for two tenures -
September 2021 - March 2022
September 2022 - March 2023
However, in my resume, I have given the duration from (September 2021 - March 2023).
But during the background verification for my new employment, I have sent all the documents for both terms of employment with the previous company, along with the justification of the gap of 6 months in between.
Will there be any issue in the background verification?
No, gaps ka BGV se koi lena dena nhi hai..they just check ur documents service history nothing with related to gaps.

You can say the truth that I don't have uAn pf number as it's not deducted there in last cmpny. New company will create new UAN number for you as many small companies r still not deduting the pf.

No it will not affect your bgv, If you are not involved in any legal case, there’s nothing that can affect your verification.
Only if any exception is there like any national security related cases etc.

Yeah, ideally u should always provide the xerox copy only. But if company required or any bond is there then u can consider the original. And for now as u don't have original u can surely provide xerox & can mention the same reason it will fine.

Bhai majorly companies will ask employees to resign or can terminate and in rare cases, they can blacklist as well. legal action b le sakte hai but abhi tak as per my experience maine nhi suna court case krte hue etc etc. lawyer fees will be more than employees package.

Yes, background check to hoga jo documents doge unka hoga..like 1 year ka exp fake ..usko verify krnege company exist hai nhi hai register hai ya nhi etc etc. And jo education se related documents doge unka verification hoga. Degree verify hogi, 10th 12th ki marksheet verify hogi, home address verify hoga.

Yes high chances are there, There is no problem until the company finds out that the slip you presented/showed to them is fake or incorrect. Once they find it they may fire you within minutes.
Rather than presenting wrong salary slip try to negotiate with your salary. it will help you and definitely hire you on your mentioned salary.
so instead of salary slip can i fake my current company offer letter and increase the ctc by 1 lac e.g by adding retension bonus option or any othere thing??

Sir actually I joined a for 2 months (training period). They created my pf accounts (UAN number) but the uan is inactive now.
May be they don't add money to it(pf) that's why it's still inactive.
Now I am going to join MNCs (tcs | Wipro) as a fresher.
Previous company don't give me the experience letter and release letter.
They told to pay a high bond value.
What to do in this situation? Is it cause any issue?

Ok, we need to link adhar and pan to uan number then it will be active but as u join other company as a fresher then don't active they will create new uan number and pf for u.
Any bond have u signed in last company?
@@rajeshsajwani actually I find uan number using my aadhar number(I can't get it using pan).
but it shows inactive uan when I try to get password of uan.
And everybody told uan number must be unique. You can't create multiple uan number.
Yes I signed a bond but everybody in this startup leave without bond payment.
So I think there is no problem.also I leave 4 months ago and they still don't take any steps.
The problem is in background verification did I face any issue for this in top MNC companies like tcs.
Yes only one uan number should be active. U can't have multiple active uan number.. so as ur uan is not active and no amount deposit also. So new compny will create new uan and pf for u.. I don't think issue in bgv.

No issue, you can do certifications/courses. Join any good institute for courses/certifications, they also provide placement. Like that u can get your first job. And you can mention also teaching as experience.. they will ask overall exp, so in that u can mention teaching exp also.

They may ask for it, but u can mention that u were in coaching institute and u can also show bank statements if required, That will also work.
