no it wont' but they might ask you to provide something for your address proof like rent agreement, electricity bill etc.

Try to close it as early as possible for you, cause if they find another candidate they might put you on hold

Sir I got selection mail on 15 November and I uploaded all documents but my UG 7th and 8th semester marksheets rejected. So I uploaded it again and it's approved. But during application form I filled 7th sem cgpa so it mentioned as it is in eaf form. My 8th semester cgpa is not mentioned in it. Will it create any problem
It might but they will give you another chance to provide the doc if they find any issues ...

No they won't be able to see the history of your BGC as mostly that is done by a third party

Hi, my previous job title was not understandable to outsider, so in my cv I've used my experience/domain related standard industry job title which is an accurate representation of my work ex and the duties I've described in my cv honestly, no exaggeration at all. Will it cause any issue during bgv, if yes, what do you suggest.
Your experience latter should contain the starting and end date of your employment. If you have that it should be sufficient for bgv

They will ask you to provide your last 3 months salary slip ....so I won't suggest you to provide fake salary slip....cause if they somehow caught you, it can lead to termination even after joining...so please be sure you want to take this risk or not

It might cause an issue, it depends on if they pay attention while verification or not...but anyhow they will ask for clarification or more documents,
My friend works in one company 3 years and joined in MNC. Now he completed 10 years in MNC and wants to switch. But the old company 3 yrs experience is closed. In that case my friend can go with only 10 year experience to attend interview further or how it can be cleared ? Please clarify.
Your friend can show the entire experience if he/she have the experience letter or any other equivalent doc to validate experience. If during bgc they ask about prior company your friend can tell them the fact that it's closed 🔐

for the time being update it and you can raise a IT ticket mentioning the issue, also if you have any option of selecting education gaps pls do so, that might help you. and lastly reach out to HR/manager if you have their contact details

You don't have the number of HR or Manager? If you do try reaching out to them. Also, have they mentioned the reason of putting you on hold... generally it happens if they find any discrepancy or if they are unable to verify any information you provided

mention your Father/Mother's name as specified in PAN card, tool will not consider single alphabet or expansion as last name

If you have passport you can share it, or any other govt ID so they can validate the address

You should not have absconded or even if you did, you shouldn't have shown it in your experience. Do you have hr or manager's contact details?
What happens if name spelling is different in adhaar and academic certificates?

Till now I have worked in 5 companies in the career span of 11 years, so will Accenture verify all my companies or only last 2. I am asking this because, 1 among my 5 companies, got closed I think and apart from from one certificate, I don't have any document. Pl reply.
Even if they got close do you have any proof that you have worked there? Cause they might not check with them or call them, but they might ask you to provide documentation of your experience.
What if you don’t end up completing the degree listed on resume ? If you have a bachelors but you don’t complete your post grad or end up withdrawing, will the BGC come up as an error? Will the offer be rescinded?
if its required for the job, yes , if its not compulsory you can still get the job

As per their policy there should not be any backlogs at the time of onboarding

Hi, if it's a big MNC generally they have their own source but if you are working in a domestic company, they ask you to provide the contact details if they already don't have

Hi sakthi unfortunately I believe there is no way of reopening , but what you can do is applicable for another open position and go through the interview process again and if they ask tell them what happened last time and as you were already selected once, chances are high that they will select you again

Yes your company might not give you the experience latter which will result in BGC failure in Accenture which will result in termination. I would suggest try to talk to them and convenience them to release you few days early, and same way talk to hr of Accenture and convenience them to extend the joining by few days.
Hi brother, do the companies BGC check for previous company roles and Responsibilities that employee was in. Becase In interview they might have told them like they have worked on something which they havent and the previous company does use that tool at all. Will that be a problem ??

eligibility criteria of the position you have applied, if there is no mention of any criteria related to education gap, then there should not be any issue
In 12 th standard i got 64% /6.7cgpa but in Accenture eligibility criteria is 65% or 6.5 cgpa

No for this specific position you are not eligible, but yes you can try for other positions where you meet the % criteria or where there is no % criteria

during BGC they do contact you previous employer, but chances of validating what work you were doing are very low. so i would suggest dont worry about it, it should not create any issue, but yes dont lie in future interviews
Accenture's bgv team visited my ex to ex employer's office. Can they do that and what if the employer gives negative feedback?
Yes they can do that, and depends what kind of feedback your Ex employer is giving, if they deny that you were not working there, your BGV will fail. If they say there were some minor performance issues, than it wont hurt you that much. Unless there is something big has happened you don't need to worry

Hi sir, I have joined one company,after four months they informed me via WhatsApp the contract has been completed and they have credited one month's salary extra and asked me back but I did not respond, in EPFO did not mention the last date but I mentioned in the mark exit option the last date which I left the company but in EPFO portal under MARK EXIT option it was showing the particular company I have heard that they are asking screen share and viewing our epfo portal is that right or I can ignore it. If the dates overlaps, it will cause issue for you ...as it will be considered as moonlighting... however it's under 6 months experience and generally companies don't consider less than 6 months of experience as experience. So i think you are good...it should not create any issues

Try to reach out to the recruitment team and explain them every thing with details, do mention your CID number to them.
